Restructuring done by Delhi for Delhi only

For West Bengal it should have been allocated proportionate to their eligibility as per Sub Committee 1 report.

I am from south. I feel that the the post allocations are okay.

In Delhi region out of this 270 posts of ITO some post will go to different Directorates. So it is wrong to say that "Restructuring done by Delhi for Delhi only"

Anonymous said...

CR may be implemented immediatly

Posts allocated for Delhi also includes posts for Directorates. It is wrong to say that "Restructuring done by Delhi for Delhi".

This is gross injustice to the employees of WB region. It is conspiracy to deprive only only one region out of 18 regions.Judicial process by way of WRIT may be considered against such discrimination because 1498 posts of ITO have been created but not a single post for one region. All employees of West Bengal region are requested to unite themselves and plan for suitable judicial action. Comrades of Union are ineffective.

WB union leaders are of no use. While the other regions effectively got sufficient posts, the Bengal leaders could bring a big zero for their zone. They are only busy in internal transfer/posting and malpractice. Time has come to throw them away and make them to work for the department, which they never did.

Congratulation to Mr Bhaskar Bhattacharya, newly elected Gen. Secy, ITGOA for not getting even a single ITO post for his region !

Shameless West Bengal leaders should immediately resign from central committee of associations. But they will not do so....they will continue to enjoy privilege of not working in office and carry on all India tour in the expense of general members.

Dear WB Comrades,
Please don't shed crocodile tears, other states were biggest losers since 2001 and WB benefited the most. Still there are more posts in WB as on today compared to other states. In fact, there has been gross injustice to other states, the posts of WB should have been withdrawn to bring in parity. Don't cry over spilt milk.

what the leaders of WB are doing, r they sleeping, when will they awake, please awake do something material and if unable, please leave.....

total retirement at the level of ITO from 2014 to 2021 is only 20 and in ITI from 2014 to 2021 is only 29 in bihar& jharkhand region "Huge stagnation", after CR Think think think your prospect in department. There should be all india seniority and also transfer & posting to solve this injustice. Union of ITEF should think for it.

This is injustice to the employees of West Bengal region. It is conspiracy to deprive only one region out of 18 regions. West Bengal Cascades please file Writ petition against CR in Kolkata High Court or supreme Courts for Judicial process by way of WRIT may be considered against such discrimination because 1498 posts of ITO have been created but not a single post for one region. What a funny decision by CR committee! Please wake up friends. It's clear injustice for West Bengal
region regarding not sanctioning even a single ITO post. While in 1st report of CR proposal was for more ITO's post.
ITGOA/ITEF no one is for the benefit of employees except doing dirty politics and favoring for suitable posting to its own favored employees
Please come together and raise your voice right now.

Dear friends,
I belong to Kanpur Zone. This Zone also ignored. We should become unite and find out judicial justice. In CR there are many change(demerit)which will effects some region & some candidates:-
1. Injustice allocation of post.
2. Removal of 1st passing benefit for promotion in ITI.
3. 1/3 quota for direct recuritee.(In previous CR all allocated post s are filled by promotion only.)
4. Sanction strength is prepared for beneficial of few Zone.
