Total rubbish !!! Pulling down all the Inter charge Transferees below Non working Inspectors( i.e. the Direct recruitees of 2005, 2006 and so on ... is just illegal. Wait and Watch. This seniority list is totally not acceptable and will be challenged in every possible way. Shame on the Committee of CITs who unanimously recommded it. Especially one of Sr.CIT who was one of the members of the Committee who is considered as a Judicious person knows that what he has done is wrong !!!. NOw the Appointment of 2005-06 batch will be challenged in Court.

Why the seniority was recasted w.e.f. 2002 only and not w.e.f. 1986 (date of DOPT OM of 1986).

What about recasting the seniority of other cadres?

Steps are taken to publish the inspector promotion list as per existing rr in chennai. As a first step separate seniority lists for DoPassing and ministerial seniority published. In the DoP list candidates promoted to STA upto 2008 alone included (while there is no minimum qualifying service as STA prescribed in existing rr )as per whims and wishes of local ITEF leadership. Once the ratio is 1:1 both list must contain equal numbers or to the extant available.ITEF leadership in chenai has openly saying that they don't want to see 2007 TAs becoming ITIs. It is learnt that ITEF has played a spoiling game by dictating terms to the administration. Attitude of ITEF Chennai has always been partial towards newcomers in each and every issue. Rules are made for fools. This statement is 100% true in chennai. It is open secret the role of ITEF, Chennai in transfers for near and dear ones. Now they have started playing game in the promotions as well. Let them remember what happened to comrades in WB, the party ruled for decades on partial lines has been thrown away by silent revolution. Emplyees union is a watchdog to prevent breaking of laws by the makers of law. Here in chennai, watchdog is playing the role of helper in breaking the laws.

No doubt new comers are in minority, a day will come where old timers will be in minority.
Be ready to face the repetition of WB political scenes in ITEF.

No application of mind...at least in the case of ict inspectors...definitely this list is going to be challenged...

Shame on Lucknow's administration as well as leadership of ITEF who are acting like bardraj and show as if they are deeply engaged in recasting of seniority list but their achievement is very slow. They are not thinking about those ITOs who will be promoted after losing opportunity to gain benefits in all india seniority list. It hurts our unity. Please don't think about interest of only those persons who surround u all the time.

Every state will revise the sr. list except Odisha. Because they are in deep slumber after having solid curd watered rice, Green Mango chutney, Badi Chura, Baingan Varta,Salted fried chips.......... Ye Jagannath Desh hai Bhai. Khao Pio So Jao....

would any one know what is the current status of dpc for inspector in Pr CCIT (delhi) region. pls comment

the role of present itef is doubtful in all over the country whether it is local or central body. they are discriminating old and new recruites. hence they didn't represent the whole members. it is shameful for present local itef body in every state. if they want to support all the members itef wil be free from bias otherwise its importance wil be in suspicion.

DOPT OM No. AB14017/66/2008-Estt (RR) Dated 09.03.2009

RETENTION OF EXISTING ELIGIBILITY SERVICE

3.1.3 Where the eligibility service for promotion prescribed in the existing rules is being enhanced (to be in conformity with the guidelines issues by this Department) and the change is likely to affect adversely some persons holding the feeder grade posts on regular basis, a note to the effect that the eligibility service shall continue to be the same for persons holding the feeder posts on regular basis on the date of notification of the revised rules, could be included in the revised rules.

there is no need for other charges to follow a mind less act of an isolated charge..

very good my predecessor has written, As per existing RR the feeder cadre is TA and three years service will be counted from TA but the ITEF playing game with us and cheating all over india i have news that all over india they wants to any how stop the promotion prospects of new TAs but we should fight and if necessary go to court....

New comers will become old timers one day and they will do the same thing on that day.

Where Rectt. of DR IIT for R.Y.2005-06 is illegal and unjustified, how Delhi Charge, without going to the merit of the case, prepared a seniority list. Brothers, it is high time to protest this type of illegal and injustice made to the promotees before the Apex Court all over the India. Be united and fight for justified right.

New comers belong to NO PENSION SCHEME and they know about their miserable days after retirement. So they will treat their juniors sympathetically and they all tied together by common problem of dark future ahead. Elders always think good for their younger ones and that is the reason they get respect from younger generation. Present day newcomers will not ill-treat their juniors because they know wisdom gained through experience is not for keeping in store but for use it wisely.

Those claiming the recruitment of DRIs of 2005-06 to be illegal are requested to look at their own advertisement issued by the SSC at the time of their recruitment. We are trying to get a copy of the same and as soon as we get that we will ask them why should not their recruitment be treated as illegal.
Note: The SSC has in its reply to a RTI apllication has stated that in one of the advertisements issued by it until now, the number of vacancies has been stated to be firm. The SSC always says that the number of vacancies is provisional and it might increase or decrease.

Delhi passed the promotion order of above 150 inspector on23.05.14.

New comers will become old timers one day and still they will respect the rights of new entrants because they all will be tied together by an adhesive force called NEW(NO) PENSION SCHEME entrants.

2005-06 batch recruits are illegal then why not the issue was raised before the courts where implementation of N R PARMAR was directed.

Further, in lucknow charge, union leader are seems to be biased in favor of promotees and with malafied intention against DRs they as well as administration delays the process of revision of seniority list. It is very shameful that delhi charge revised seniority list within a very short period for inspectors promotion as well as 234 ITOs promotion but in lucknow charge they are not interested to revise the list of ITIS for promotion of 73 posts atleast. There is no monitoring over the work properly just to delay the process. Think about those officials who will get their promotion but listed below his juniors and much more below in the all india swniority list. After seeing the pace of promotions from ITOs to ACIT and a very narrow way for promotions to the post of ACIT made by them, all will retire from the post of ITO only.

None of the higher authorities want to take any pain for equal opportunity of the officials.

Shame on such higher authorities who just enjoying their job only by sitting cross legged and do nothing.

Stupid wait for more decisions against DRs. Buree din aane wale hai.

I dont know technicalities of the issue. But i know that in Delhi the candidate who started to work as ITI when I was already working and drawing salary as ITI, is much more senior than me. What was my fault? Just because I became Inspector only after passing Depttl ITI exam? ..and that chap joined as Inspector first and only then had enough time to pass the Depttl ITI exam!! I. So what could have been more unjust or illogical? Something must be wrong with our Judiciary and administration.
