As per ITEF circular, the above mentioned meeting took place on 14th October at 4 PM but could not yield any substantial result beside a news that laptop to Inspectors have been cleared by IFU and will be sent to DoE for approval.

Approval of new recruitment rule is still pending with DOPT. Another month long time is to be waited and the case to be reviewed afresh after that.

How it will yield result if our SG Rajgopal is there with bias attitude. He is not pursuing all matters with right frame of mind. Hopefully the results would come after national elections if someone would lead the itef without ulterior motives. He is the man who destroyed the itef with his non performance.

What rubbish circular our leaders are issuing. First they say its quarterly review meeting held on 14.7.2014 then inside they are quoting another date of 1.10.2014. Then look at their agenda, they are complete eye wash. It says that the matter of fixation of seniority in all cadres has been referred to DOPT for clarification. But in the letter dated 29.9.2014 of JCA to the board they have said that in note DOR F No. c.18015/37/2014-V&L/ DOPT Dy. No. 944370/OR/14 dated 01.05.2014 the DOPT has advised that the seniority of the entire income tax department officials have to be revised. Then why is this reference made again to DOPT. It is just for passing time and for malafide intention, so that the lower cadre employees don't get their dues. The ITEF leaders are also hands in gloves in this mischief. Just see the last line where they have mentioned that deadline fixed for completion of the revision of All India seniority of ITOs will not be insisted till the clarification from DOPT is not received. This implies that the lower cadre has to wait endlessly for getting their promotions. It is shameful that our central leaderships have also become a party to this game. Don't they have the spine to ask why a reference has been made again when DOPT has already clarified vide their note dated 1.5.2014 that revision of seniority across all cadres has to be made. Our leaders Please end this meaningless manipulation and please don't take the silence of the officials of this department for granted. A day will come when you people will be asked tough questions and it will be very difficult for you to escape.
STA denied to write the ITI dept exam in one of the regions of our department even though all other regions' STA wrote due to misinterpretation of CBDT's instructions in this regard. The numbers of STA is very minimum. Please CBDT and ITEF looked into.
Will the ITEF or the ITGOA or any one else who has access be kind enough to upload the clarificatory letter sent by rhe CBDT to the DOPT under reference in the matter BECOZ :
1. If the Board has sought Specific clarifiaction only with regard to the Hon'ble Supreme Court's decision in the case of N.R.Parmar issue , then for sure the DOPT's reply is going to come that the as per the Hon'ble S.C.'s order under reference, the seniority list as per their OM's of 1986 shall be applicable to the Direct Recruitee Inspectors only.
2.But if the CBDT has sought for a general clarification on the DOPT's OM's of 1986, then the DOPT is bound to clarify that the seniority lists have to be revisited and recasted in respect of all Direct Recruitees irrespective of any Specific Cadre, as has been laid down in their OM's dated 07/02/1986 & 03/07/1986.
However, everything depends on as to what sought of clarification should be sought for from the DOPT has been demanded for by the the JCA in their meeting with the Chairman held on 14/10/2014. And, if nothing in specific has been pressed for by the JCA in the said meeting, then they(the JCA) should immediately press for the demand that the Board seeks clarification from the DOPT on general grounds of the applicability of the DOPT's OM's dated 07/02/1986 & 03/07/1986 irespective of the Hon'ble Supreme Court's decision in the case of N.R.Parmar issue, and this should be done before the DOPT's clarification comes in view of the clarification having been already sought for by the CBDT.
3.Therefore my friends, in the event of the CBDT having sought for clarification from the DOPT specifically with regard to the Hon'ble Supreme Court's decision in the case of N.R.Parmar issue only, then please be prepared to expect " BABAJI KA THULLU " and also be prepared to go to the Court in each and every Cadre individually to get justice which is being denied intentionally by some biased persons/institutions just to kill time and deprive the elligible candidates of their rightful pay and post, as no arrears shall be paid even if the seniority list is revised and candidates are subsequently benefitted with retoepective effect .

If NRP is implemented in All Cadre then (1) DR Inspector will get seniority over cost of UDC LDC STENO etc (2) DR UDC will get seniority on the cost of LDC and STENO (3) LDC and STENO will get BABAJI KA THULLU and go back many years.
If at all NRP is implemented then illegal recruits of 2005-2006 will get demoted being unconstitutional recruitment violation of Article 14 and 16 (1)
