ITGOA in it's extended secretarial meeting discussed about the NR Parmar implementation and as it may take more time to implement nationwide, the association is in favour of immediate DPC on existing list provisionally , subject to further modification as per Parmar implementation.
"The Meeting revisited the objections raised by some of our members earlier while conducting DPC from cadre of ITO to ACIT for the R.Y. 2012-13 and 2013-14 without implementing NRP and also, the overwhelming frustration of the entire membership for the inordinate delay in holding DPCs for promotion in the cadre of ACIT. The meeting decided that the promotions on the basis of the existing seniority list subject to further revision as per NRP might be allowed and, at the same time, ITGOA must put all its efforts, region-wise and at all India level, to ensure the implementation of NRP at the earliest ."

Contempt of supreme court.. Wrong decision by ITGOA. Frustration of some limited persons for getting promotion to ACIT is not so important against the judgement of the highest court of law in India. This is a new politics for not implementing the NRP in CBDT.
ITGOA is really the obstruction of NRP. Why everytime ITGOA demand promotion without NRP?
What is n r parmar does the SG of ITGOA knows and understands ? He should firstly read n understand n r parmar then make submission on behalf of ITGOA n DR ITIs in pr. CAT bench where DR ITIs are playing hide n seek. He should also produce advt copy of 817 DR ITI post of SSC subsequent to 20.2.2007. If thinks that he is an expert on n r parmar implementation then factually he is the biggest fool if the I.T. DEPT.
One day you will also taste the same feeling of frustration when you will wait for your ACIT promotion my dear January 23, 2015 at 6:14 PM.
NRP judgement is the most blunder judgement rendered by the Supreme Court.

Some times Supreme Court also delivering wrong judgement like NRP.
UPSC recruitee ke inter se seniority NRP judgment ki basis pe hota araha he.WO bhi blunder hai kya. U are a common man without any basic ideas about NRP. How dare you to opine NRP judgement of Supreme Court is blunder. U seems like a blunder to society.
Immediately scrap dit hrd and revive ad vi and ad vii. They longback forgot how to work. They are just playing to the tunes of itgoa and itef leaving department interests. Why they to approval from cabinet for executive assistant post and why they didn't frame rules? Why they omitted LDC from parmar and after all work completed then why they include LDCs. Don't they know cbdt chairman should not sit in dpc when his wife being considered? Cant they warn him? Now department came to stand still due to these mindless acts and 25K crore additional revenue promised to govt gone away. People at hrd should make responsible for this mess.
Hope u understand that u were recruited through ssc not upsc. Your seniority is cca wise when u join. In case of irs no single cca. Hope u understand the difference.
The only person for framing of rr is kkn kutty n his slave kpr. Inquire from the person working in the dopt that who is creating hurdle for framing of rr for group c and b.
No requirement of New RR at all in the department. All cadre post has already been filled up by Old RR. Jo bacha he uske liye New RR ka koi jarurat nehi hai.New RR will spoil the career of newly recruited TAs.
why in Odisha nrp decision not implemented, though ground work is over? Plz those to be benefited pursue the case?

How can NRP be implemented. Do u know what NRP is ? What will happen to rajeev mohan and renu n othrs both supreme court decision which r the law of the land and also patanjali sharma cat delhi law of the land.
In Orissa, Pr.CCIT is not passing any order. It is with the Association, who is doing ground work. NRP is now with the control of leaders in Orissa. It will be implemented very soon.
In AP some are pressurising the ccit to give promotions w/o implementation of parmar
If ACIT promotions were to be made in five annual installments then it should be made as a norm for Addl. Cit, Cit, pr. cit and .ccit, Pr . ccit... Then only the work norms will wake up the snoring persons....
either the administration or the association is lease bothered about the promotions of the ITOs. all know implementation of parmar is not possible even if they are not in favour of promnotions and delaying the process.
Correct. NRP is a selective judgement and is not applicable enmass. If NRP IS made applicable then why not RENU KUMARI N RAJEEV MOHAN?
A Big loss to ITO, some selfish people do not want DPC for ACIT. NR Parmar isuue will be going many years then why some of us make hurdle by not supporting DPC for ACIT PROMOTION
Iam surprise to see the effort of sufferer person due to implementation of permar issue no one is dare to raise the finger against wrong judgement. Now please tell me whether Prime Minister is declared before general electin or after general election then how it can be possible when a person has filled only application for the vacancy and he has been awarded seniority from the date of vacancy reported by the department to the SSC, how blunder mistake whereas a person is working in the department is junior than direct recruitee.Now my dear friend please unite and tri to raise the finger against the judgement and file another application before Hon'ble Supreme Court.
just imagine the feeling of a direct recruit who have got only one promotion inn a long span of 25 years. some people who genuinly desrved promotion retired or expired, who is to blame? the reason some people, so called intelligent, failed to understand the DOPT circular's simple english whic provides for fixaion of seniority. the matter got worse to such an extent to reach upto Supreme COurt's level. despite SC's decision some people with vested interest are not willing to impletment NRP even now. this is nothing but playing with carreers of many of your own colleagues.
