JCA intensifies agitation, CBDT called for meeting on 16/09/15

JCA, observing non co operation movement, decided to intensify it's agitation with inclusion of "non submission of reports" from tomorrow, 15.09.15.
Meanwhile, CBDT called upon JCA leadership to discuss charter of demand on 16th September but the leadership is not very optimistic of the future of the meeting and decided to continue the intensified agitation.
"The Central JCA has now decided to include the non-submission of reports (except the Parliamentary Questions and Audit Queries) from 15-09-2015 as part of the intensification of the ongoing non-cooperation movement and the same is intimated to the Chairperson, CBDT, on 14- 09-2015..."
"Though the CBDT has called upon the Central JCA in a meeting on 16-09-2015 to discuss the 5(five) point Charter of Demands submitted by the JCA, the attitude of the CBDT till date does not show any intention to resolve the issues positively."

Non participation in survey and search and inspections are also should be included in agitation programs to draw the attention of CBDT.

One most important demand to be included in d charter of demands should be that chairman n members of CBDT should be IÀS instead of IRS since d cbdt is not able to publish RR for ITI since 2001

Very good decision. It should be started at the beginning of the year. JCA leaders do not come in artificial promise of board.

Who blocked RRs for B and C cadres since two cadre restructuring are over?

After victory over LANKA, Shiram forgotten about Maruthi"s contribution. That shouldn't happen here. After getting promotion to ACIT, ITGOA forget to ITEF

STOP participating in search and survey immediately. This is the only language which CBDT understands.

What is the date given by CBDT to complete the DPC as per NRP. Still some charges not completed. Administrative charges not obeyed the order pased by superior authority. Will these administrative charges show the same attitde when it involves welfare of IRS or any other report called for by the board . Won't this administration make us to put extra labour to accomplish the work in time when something of above said job arises. Why step motherly attitude ?

ITGOA is playing double game, itef members r requested not to participate in demonstration.

All these are bogus agitations. If anybody wants to really achieve the demands which are pending for a very very long period, these agitations should not be withdrawn at the drop of hat. It should continue till the ends are met. I say it again, that the agitations should not be withdrawn till all the demands are met. Only then, the JCA can expect any support from the members. Understand the anger and disgust of the members of being sidelined time and again because of the JCA / ITGOA / ITEF withdrawing the agitations without any results. Please give a thought.

IF CBDT IS WISE ENOUGH IT WILL NOT CONDUCT DPC FOR ACIT FROM ITO FOR ANOTHER TWO YEARS TILL ALL THE SUPREME COURT JUDGEMENTS ARE APPLIED AS REGARDS SENIORITY ISSUES ARE CONCERNED.

VERY SOON ADVISORY IS BEING ISSUED FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF RAJEEV MOHAN, PATANJALI SHARMA AND CATCH UP RULE JUDGEMENTS UNIFORMINGLY IN ALL PR CCIT CHARGES. THEREFORE SENIORITY OF FEW DIRECT RECRUITS ITIs WILL UNDERGO A CHANGE AND TO DO THIS IT WILL TAKE ANOTHER ONE YEAR.
