No fresh negotiation took place between CBDT and JCA to avert strike. As scheduled, all members of ITGOA and ITEF will participate in the strike tomorrow.
JCA made fresh appeal yesterday to it's members to make the strike successful. CBDT issued the routine circular informing the consequences of participating strike.

in sabke sath sath refund ki processing, AIR ki inquiry, 148 cases ki inquiry bhi to roko tabhi agitation sahi tarike se chal payega but nai strike ke beech me hi inspectors log to apni apni kamai k liye field me nikal jate hai or TA log refund k commission ki kamai me lag jate hai.
kya fayda aise agitation se..............??????
Addl. CIT asking AO's for CAP data and AO's are providing also. Addl CIT with the help of IRS ACIT in the range preparing the CAP report... then what is the use of such agitation
