As per information available from sources, DPC was done for 200. One post kept reserved as per the direction of CAT, Ahmedabad in the case of J.L.MEENA. 18 cases are deffered due to incomplete APARs who will be promoted immediately after removal of deficiencies.
Adhoc JCIT promotion order for 20 officers has also been issued today.

giving adhoc promotion without taking consideration to the revised list giving effect to the NR Parmar judgement only exposes the designs of the leadership ultimately leading to lot of litigations .

In Mumbai region only 3 general candidates are got promotion. Normally general candidates are getting more posts compared to category. Catch up rules are not applicable to Mumbai Region. Any chances are available for general candidates.
why only 41 promotion for itos in west bengal, when the vacency is created after 51 promotion of acit's in w.b

Can anyone tell about filling the post of consequential vacancy. Whether it requires any approval or it is normal procedure when vacancy exist due to promotion in higher grade, post laying vacant in lower grades will automatically filled as per specified ratio.
It's not mentioned that the promotion order belongs to vacancy year 2014-15

In this ACITs promotion order revealed that RAUV- Reserved against unreserved vacancies and RARV- Reserved against reserved vacancies are followed. May be considered this aspect in all the orders.
how will the vacancy be treated in case of promotion made against unreserved vacancy of sc/st candidates.will it be treated as general vacancy for iti to ito promotion or not
In the latest adhoc AC promotion order, lot of bogus ST officers have been promoted. It seems that the Department has not properly verified the genuinity of the ST status of the officers and they got their out of turn promotion quickly comparing to the general category officers.

In the WB charge ITIs are waiting for 8 to 9 years for promotion. It seems another 8-9 years will be required.

4.12 pm, if SC ST candidates got general marks their respective dept exams and senior for promotion they will consider as General candidates.

If SC/ST candidates promoted as ACIT against unreserved seats, consequential vacancies should be attributed to general candidates.

And it can release these vacancies to SC/ST
It will be injustice to general candidate
For example
If an sc/st candidate (inspector) pass betterment exam, he get promotion (ITO) against general vacancy. Now he is a general candidate and if he get promotion (ACIT) he should release a general vacancy because as ITO, he was treated as general candidate.
In mumbai, 22 sc/st (betterment passed) got adhoc promotion (ACIT)
These vacancies should go to general candidates
And when such general candidate (originally sc/st) get promotion
Then he will discharge reserved consequential vacancy or general consequential vacancy
Next batch when?
These reserved category employees are grabbing all the promotions in every cader by twisting the rules by one way or other with the help of political and higher authorities since years. We the general employees should fight this battle unitedly. In this matter no union will help us. We should take these ad-hoc promotions as an opportunity and write petitions to Board and UPSC not to regularis these posts until and unless the judgements of NRP, Nagraj and catch up rule are implemented uniformly in all caders and regions.
when will dpc for b&c group 2016-17 done?
As per roster system, if an sc/st candidate pass recruitment exam (not departmental exam) with general standard he should be treated as general candidate and he will not eat sc/st seat
But there is no roster system in promotions. If there are sc/st vacancies, all sc/st candidates would be adjusted against this serially irrespective of betterment passed or not. They should not be adjusted against general vacancy till the sc/st vacancies consumed by senior most sc/st irrespective of betterment passed or not.
If mumbai admin illegally impose roster system in promotion, atleast 15 ito consequential general vacancies will go to sc/st
It will be equal to give 40% reservation to sc/st
Recruitment exam is a competition, it is ok if they compete in these exam and do better than general candidate. Betterment it a ordinary passing exam and every sc/st. candidate of this generation can pass this exam it means they will have 40% reservation in promotion

When the JCA called on strike, we all have participated whole heartily,
the main agenda was ACIT promotion which blocks every body’s promotion. Ultimately, long awaited ACIT promotion has come, now JCA should take quick initiative for promotion of other grades (i.e ITO, IIT, OS, Sr.TA, Steno Gr.-I and II, TA, NS, MTS etc. ) consequently affected with ACIT promotions.
JCA please keep your promise. Everybody wants to improve.

Commenting in this blog is wasting of your time . No body is going to listen the genuine problems. If you suffer, you think that it is your bad luck. If you approach for justice, it is matter of money and time, further, the department also try to linger to implement the justice factors of even Hon'ble Supreme Court. Ultimately looser is you only. Unless, the department initiate to punish those who commits mistake and recovers the expenses because of wrong did, we will suffer like this. Here illegal works are being given legal coverage.......

why the ITEF is silent these days ? why they r not fighting for consequential posts afterthe promotion of ACITs?
MTS can be permitted to write even ITO exam so that ST MTS can become an ITO within 12 years.
