It is learnt that all out effort is being made to hold DPC for the vacancy year 2015-16 for promotion to the post of adhoc ACIT within April.
Yesterday a confidential letter from DIT (PR, P P & OL) reached all Pr CCITs to remove the deficiencies of APAR of the concerned officers within 25th of this month.
As per news available, CBDT plans to hold the DPC on 26th April 2016.

CBEC promoted 2500 ACs at short notice last year. CBDT struck to 200 figure after much hallagulla. Either CBDT has bad intention or person manned are inefficeint. As simple as that.

All sitting in top notch are super Clark rather than officers and want they be treted as equivalent to IAS .that's why not a single one of department got the post of secretary of govt of india.

Yesterday on 25.04.2016 DPC held in Mumbai for 2015-16.
when all consequential vacancies relating to ST in the ITO cadres are filled with in the General category in both Delhi and West Bengal, why Tamilnadu alone is seeking clarification from the Board. It will be a time consuming process and our eligible comrades only will be affected ultimately. Hence it is the right time for our ITEF to act in such a way that all the consequential ITO vacancies pertaining to 2014-15 should be filled in before the AGT. Please try to get it materialized .
In tamil nadu 2 general and 3 sc vacancies are not disputed. Why it is dragged so far? What ITEF doing in this regard for these adhoc promotion for the above 5 promotions which are clear cut vacancies. ITEF leaders must answer and act.
Bekar bhattacharya only poking in CBDT everyday and putting hurdles . Otherwise many more would have got regular promotion and 1st choice posting long ago. But for his own interest not only he has delayed promotions but also forcing CBDT not to give first choice posting to most of the members
What is happening in Tamil Nadu? Why chain vacancies of adhoc promotions getting delayed? Itef represented this issue or not?

Did the board given any clarification on the issue of RAUV ST vacancies of Tamilnadu? There is a long silence on this issue prevailing in tamilnadu. Itef people also not informing anything in this issue. Did the itef headquarters represented this issue with the board to issue a general clarification so that the DPC for other officials held in time who are waiting for a long period. I request the GS ji to takeup urgently and see our promotions before AGT.
