As informed earlier, DPC did not take place in April. There is no update available from ITGOA in this regard. Rumours are spreading that the said DPC is uncertain as of now. Some of those persons spreading rumours showing the cause of retirement of Member (P & V) while some of them are telling about the objection raised by UPSC about convening of back to back DPCs for adhoc promotion. But it makes little sense as in adhoc promotions, UPSC has no role of it's own. Their authority certainly comes into play in case of regular promotions. The third group are saying that CBDT wants to send the proposal for regular promotion to UPSC first and only after their denial, they can take the adhoc route. The question is while the earlier proposal (2014-15) has been reverted back with objection from UPSC, whether they will approve regular promotion to the next batch while the same scenario exists ! In that case is there any justification to send the proposal to UPSC ?
Unfortunately , there is no communication from ITGOA who could clear the air as they are believed to be in constant touch with CBDT. Hundreds of employees who may be benefited with the consequential promotion are still waiting anxiously.

Unfortunately it's India where we can't expect punctuality in anything. Disrespect to punctuality is the main characteristic of our country. Furthermore vote bank politics is dominating everywhere due to which we are experiencing unjustified system of reservation in promotion and so on.
Who bothers about PH? Admins r not caring the decision of Supreme court to allow promotions to ITOs and ACIT cadres. Leaders are sleeping over many such important issues. Local elected leaders r interested in their own transfers. Let's not lose our mental peace. Let's retire peacefully.
Did the board given any clarification on the issue of RAUV ST vacancies of Tamilnadu? There is a long silence on this issue prevailing in tamilnadu. Itef people also not informing anything in this issue. Did the itef headquarters represented this issue with the board to issue a general clarification so that the DPC for other officials held in time who are waiting for a long period. I request the GS ji to takeup urgently and see our promotions before AGT.

180 regular promotions stopped by ITGOA in April 2015. Reasons given 650 promotions by March 2016. Now 175 promotions plus 5 retired promotions plus 1 Ghost promotion in April 2016. What a great performance by bekar & Co.
Enjoy!! Our department has stood No. 1 in patience building. Only 181 ACIT posts received out of 650. This is the result of long waiting. It seems calm and peace everywhere. May God save us!
All the all india comrades of itgoa and itef are enjoying in kerala as summer vacation after achieving the 650 acit posts as assured by the revenue secretary while withdrawing the agitation in October 2015.
If these trouble makers not called the so called resultless agitation, by this time we could have got 180 + 180 regular promotions. Now we neither got regular promotions nor jca achieved any fruitful result from that agitation. Its high time that we should not participate in the future agitations of this useless jca.

In tamil nadu due to ineffective itef, there is no news about AGT, publication of seniority list of ito's for 2016-17, modification of transfer oreders of promottee officials of MTS and TA, adhoc promotions to the cadre of ITO for 2014-15 for the non disputed 2 general and 3 SC vacancies. ITEF is keeping guessing game on these issues and not properly replying to the querries raised by the members in tn circle watsapp group. itef till date not met the pccit on AGT matters and simply sitting and chatting in association room.

Odisha charge not yet issued the adhoc ITO order. Reason: ITEF and itgoa not interested as no leader is going to benefit out of this order and hence sleeping.
Mumbai has not made consequential promotion till date
If SC/ST candidates promoted as ACIT against unreserved seats, consequential vacancies should be attributed to general candidates. If so why the consequential promotions are not issued by the respective Pr.CCs.? Why the board not issuing any clarification in this regard despite nearly a month has passed. What the hell the associations are doing in this regard? Are they just to collect money from members and out of it only khana aur peena? Dear leaders please do some justice for the money you are collecting from us. Otherwise at the end of your life you will suffer a lot with all diseases. Be careful. It is our curse.
Tamil nadu also not passed the adhoc promotions for 17 posts. They have just referred to board whether to give consequential ST RAUV posts to general candidates. ITEF people are merely watching this and they have not followed with board for issuing clarification.

leaders also want the treatment like Board members or CCIT/CITs. On their meeting they need about 30 lakh collection for the eating dringking and vehicles for sight seeing.
