For the last few days, after the adhoc ACIT promotion, we have been flooded with queries regarding adhoc ITO promotion. Viewers were anxious to know whether adhoc promotion will be granted for the consequential adhoc vacancies in the ITO cadre.
Pr CCIT, Delhi stood first to grant adhoc promotion to the post of ITO today. As many as 12 Inspectors have been promoted to ITO on adhoc basis.
It may be expected that other regions will come out with similar promotion order at the earliest.

WB, Mumbai, temilnadu where bulk of the adhoc ACIT are promoted why ITO promotion not issued? What local ITEF doing in this regard?

ITEF leaders of NWR region are interested in Transfer & Postings only, as they are the dealers of authorities. They have nothing to do with promotions, reason best known to them. They are spineless and don't have courage to pressurise the authorities. What to say about adhoc promotions, even regular promotions are distant dream.
Why there is a long silence after adhoc 2014-15 ACIT promotions. When they are going to be regularized and also 2015-16 AC promotions? Itgoa sleeping after getting great adhoc promotions.

Delhi region has considered consequential vacancy against promotion of ITO to ACIT for RAUV (recommended against unreserved vacancy) as general vacancy and RARV (Recommended against reserved vacancy) as reserved vacancy.
As per this formula Mumbai has 20 RAUV means general vacancy, 2 general vacancy and 2 reserved vacancy.
Total consequential vacancy in Mumbai-
General -22
Reserved - 2
Some people in mumbai are propagating that all RAUV vacancies will be considered as reserved consequential vacancy but after this promotion order of Delhi region, it is clear that RAUV promotion will arise general consequential vacancy.

It is not material whether an ITO has been promoted RAUV or RARV for promotion to the post of ITO. IT will be seen that ITOS who are promoted as ACIT were promoted as Reserved or On UR point in the promotion of ITO

There is no reservation in ITO to ACIT promotion, therefore, for RAUV promotion, consequential vacancy will go to general category. RAUV and RARV is only for determining the category of consequential vacancy

It can never happen that 99 consequential vacancy out of 181 can be for reserved category.

There is no HULCHAL in Rajasthan region. Administration and ITEF union members are sleeping in AC rooms and saying "work is going on".
Whether during adhoc promotion, candidates are picked as per seniority list irrespective of status (general/sc/st) of candidate
As vacancy based promotion roster used now, SC ST vacancies arises in ITOs on ACITs promotion will be considered only by SC ST candidates.
It means a rauv acit vacancy will go to UR when vacated and RARV acit vacancy will go ti reserved category when vacated in acit cadre.
In tamilnadu also no news about ITO promotion orders and when it will come. our great general secretary is in firing mood if any body ask about ITO promotion.

Today AP & T administration issued 14 ITO promotions i.e. on 7-4-2016. Had the CBDT issued ACIT promotions before 31-3-2016, I would have got promotion as ITO. Please let me know whether the ITIs who qualified for ITO exam during November 2015 are eligible for consequential promotion as ITO against the 2014-15 DPC ITO to ACIT promotions issued by the Board on 7-4-2016

Tamilnadu ITO promotion order is quite suspence as no body is giving any news including federation people. Other states are issuing promotion order one by one whereas in Tamil nadu due to hot summer, it seems that all gone to Ooty and kodaikanal.

No they are not eligible. Only those members are eligible for 2014.15 who are qualified as on Ist Jan 2014. In 2015.16, peraons are eligible who were declared qualified ito exam as on 1.4.15 and for further years so on.

Mumbai me 6 Inspectors (Shishir Kumar Pandey, Rajesh Kumar Singh, Surendra Kumar, Santosh Kumar Srivastava, Kaushlendra Kumar and Shreenandan Sahay) ne CAT se any promotion order par stay laga diya hai. Ab na to MTS, Notice Server, TA, Sr. TA, ITI or na hi ITO ka promotion ho sakta hai till the stay. ITO to ACIT ka chain vacancy ka effect nahi diya ja sakta hai till the stay. ITEF aur ITOGOA tamasha dekh rahi hai. All India me Mumbai Zone piche ja rahi hai. Ye 6 ITIs ne sare logon ka promotion rok rakha hai. CAT me Walia advocate ne sab manage kar rakha hai.

ITGOA leadership is having double standards. First they demanded implementation on nrp. But now they don't want to implement in all the states because of refixation of seniority will adversely impact their important zonal leaders which resulted in complete chaos in the department. Since promotion order released on 7 april 16 consewuential vacancies will be of 2016-17 irrespective of the fact that dpc for acit was for 2014_15 and so persons who qualified ito exam in 2015 will be eligible for ad hoc promotion
Mumbai 6 ITIs who stayed the all promotions, are requested to fight for your right but do not continue stay on promotion otherwise it may be chances to loose your case. Don't increase the number of opposition. That may be harmful to your case. Situation in Mumbai promotion is critical and ITEF and ITGOA is enjoying it.
After getting adhoc 2014-15 ACIT promotions, there is a long silence over the status of referring it to DoLA etc.,
April 17, 2016 at 9:39 PM are you fool? Before putting any comments, you study the rules first and post. Now there is a concept of vacancy year. So the consequential promotions will also given to the respective vacancy year eligible candidates only. Dont mislead.

Your fight is with direct LDC, so dont increase your opponents and request to CAT to lift stay otherwise stay will definitely be vacated and you will lose your base case too

Pr. CAT has given decision in this aspect and DOPT also directed CBDT to consider the consequential vacancies in the year when the actually arose i.e. 2016-17

judiciary has itself given a stay considering the seriousness of the issue moreover it is a slap on Mumbai Admn. for what hell they have done in review DPC.Now judiciary will take its course of action.It is wrong to held responsible these ITO's for stay.No one can direct CAT to give stay or not to give stay.

Earlier 2008 DR SSPrasad and Co. Stayed the promotions for two years from 2012 to 2014, now 1996 DR UDC S Pande has stayed the promotion...Sabko khelne do. Saare promotee DR Insp ho yaa DR UDC sab ITO mein hi retire ho jaenge..IRS brains zindabad..they are happy ,let the fight go on.

It seems local advocates get favourable orders from CAT due to ...They charge hefty fees for such orders between one to two Lacs per person. If u contest properly, these orders most probably will not survive. Advocates also know this. Now agreived person should file vigilance petition wherefrom such huge amounts are being paid.
Shishir Pande & CO, if you are interested in court cases, then you should file petitions against Betterment, Catch up rule so that everyone support you and get benefits. By filing petition against correct seniority list, you are spoiling your as well as others career. Think positively and get well soon.

Take care of consequential vacancies in mumbai region from ito to acit promotion (2014-15). There are only two conse. vacancies for reserved category (RARV). All 21 RAUV vacencies are for general candidates as these ito were adjusted against general vacancies in 2001. Few elements in admin are trying hard to consider these vacencies as reserved vacencies. If you dont take care of general vacancies, you be will be delayed by 3 years
