It is reported by ITGOA (woke up recently after long silence), DPC for 2015-16 is awaiting approval of Revenue Secretary. R.S. asked to consult UPSC before according sanction of the same. Accordingly, UPSC likely to be consulted and a note may be sent to them today itself. The issue of deficient APARs have been worked out and hopefully if everything goes right, the DPC may materialize soon.
Regarding regular DPC of 2014-15 : "As regard regularisation of ad-hoc promotion of 2014-15, the CBDT has asked for opinion from DoPT an DoLA on 19-04-2016 as per the advice of the UPSC. In the meantime the CAT, Pr. Bench, New Delhi pronounced the order of the Barad case and opined for regular promotion on the basis of the existing seniority list. The sanction of DoPT has been received and the CBDT is waiting for opinion of the DoLA." - ITGOA communication dated 04.05.16

Yeah definitely, same opinion for each panel...what is this....file will move from from one authority to another and member will be retiring with each passing month
Are the leaders have self esteem? If they have, by this time they might have resigned from their respective posts as all their members are daily lashing out on their incompetence.
If get the regular promotions it would not be the bad catch

In Tamilnadu instead of 2014-15 consequential adhoc undisputed vacancies, 2016-17 promotion order has been issued today. It seems that federation people not questions this. Those who are waiting for the last two years are in great disappointment.

Jca insists on filling up of all vacancies before setting action plan targets
Consequential adhoc ITO vacancy 2014-15 should be filled by fist the eligible senior of 2014-15, if not then 2015-16 and so on.. but not jumping without thinking. Court cases day by day increasing because of this type of silly mistakes.

You r rite dear. But this will not going to happen.
For filling up of consequential vacancy posts of ITO 2014-15, review DPC must be from 2014-15 onwards. Carrying forward the vacancies straightway to 2016-17 bypassing the eligible seniors of 2014-15 ,2015-16 is highly injustice. Remember those who involves with this, if you justify with others you will be justified one day when you are in danger. This is applicable in every sphere of your life. So,please do not promote unjustified works at all.
No 14-15 batch has preferred to go to court against this injustice. Even in v.y.16-17 they will not get promoted. Because newly passed candidates in year 2014 and 2015 are included in v.y.16-17 and they become senior of 14-15 batch. So don't hope that u will get justice. Next year again they will add candidates who will clear exam in 2016. So dear 14-15 batch wait again 5-6 year
RAUV is for general candidates but passified general will not get theses vacancies for the benefit of our dalit bhai
Catch up rule will not be implemented for empowerment of our dalit bhai
