It is gathered from sources that preparation of adhoc ACIT promotion is being carried out. The issue of deficient APARs will likely to be sorted out within this month and DPC may be convened in the first week of October if everything goes right.

Very good. ITGOA with riding on the back of ITEF getting adhoc acit promotions upto 2016-17, whereas the poor itef members will not get the consecutive promotions from IIT to ITO and so on. After getting 2016-16 acit promotions, all the itgoa officers will go for a time barring collection drive and our poor itef fellows are in soup. jindapad jindapad .... itef jindapad.

IT COULD NOT BE UNDERSTOOD AS TO WHY ADHOC PROMOTIONS MADE FOR 2015-16 WERE NOT APPROVED BY CBDT AND SENT TO DOPT. CAN ANYBODY CLARIFY?
the ITGOA has finally and totally achieved their goal of getting their the ACIT promotions with the sole support of ITEF. The shameful, useless and traitor General Secretaries of ITEF like T.N and AP & TS have betrayed and sucked the blood of their own comrades to get the ACIT promotion for the ITGOA people, who are not at all grateful to ITEF. As their goal is achieved by the ITEF, now they never care for nor concern for the promotion of IIT to ITO for the ITEF people. They have now kept silent and started time barring collection. God won't forgive them.
It is not understood what prevented cbdt itgoa and itef to send the proposal / demand for regularization of 14-15 and 15-16 at one stretch to the upsc? Already consecutive promotions are much delayed.

ITGOA fired its target keeping the rifle on the shoulder of ITEF. After repeated attempts the target of firing achieved resulting injury to the shoulder of ITEF. Now it is the turn of ITEF to fire its target, but certainly ITGOA will not render its shoulder to keep the rifle of ITEF because their shoulder is now holding the gun placed by administration pointing towards ITEF. This is nothing new, history repeats.
If there is regular vacancies for vacancy year 2016-17, regular promotion should be preferred prior to adhoc promotion on remaining vacancies.
ITEF should stress for regular promotions for the benefit of employees if this is legally possible.
Regular promotion for 2016-17 (ACIT) is not possible as the seniors were given ad-hoc promotion.

If APAR is mandatory for ITEF it will be awarded POOR ranking.
Some inspectors have filed case in Mumbai CAT for implementation of catch up rule which is welcome step.
One thing should also be challenged, in direct recruitment when an sc/st student get marks more than general candidate, he would be adjusted against general vacancy. This is called roster system.
But nowhere it is written that roster should be followed in betterment. Betterment was made when sc/st vacancies were less and candidates of sc/st were more. Now, in mumbai vacancies for sc/st are more than sufficient in ITO cadre. So betterment passed candidates should be adjusted against reserved vacancies first and if there is no reserved vacancies, then they should be adjusted against general vacancy. This will remove anamoly between general and reserved category.
Any news about regularisation of ACIT 2014-15 and 2015-16? What are recent efforts made by ITEF regarding promotions to down level consequent to ACIT promotions? ITEF please update. Promotions were given to ITOs. No use to ITEF comrades.

If DPC for 16-17 happens it must be for the first time that within the RY the DPC is held and it should become the precursor for holding 17-18 DPC before Jan end bringing parity amongst DR and PR at least for appointment.
