ReplyDeleteThe IRS people are only interested in their career progression. They are also trying to damage and spoil the careear prospect of existing employees and officers by delaying the DPCs. The Board is clearly playing in the hands of these people, who have been poisioned in the NADT during the training. These so called elite people are frustrated lot as they are not treated at par by the IAS and other top services. The Board is behaving in the fashion as a tool of the IRS lobby. It is least interested in sorting out the NRP or any other controversy and is enjoying the infighting of the staff on such type of issue. The Pr. CCIT although have been given higher ranks, and higher pay but they are unable to understand the ratio layed by the Hon'ble courts and the instructions of the DOPT and time and again ask the direction and help and guidance of the Board. These senior officers have failed miserably in making compliance of the instruction of the Board. In my view, the time has come that such type of supervisory officers should be dismissed out of service for not following the directions of the Board.
ReplyDeleteOnce DPC for Pr CIT could be conducted and new post has been created and filled without any RR , why not EA created and filled on same lines. The same question was raised at the time of creation and fillingup of Pr.CCIT, no answer so far. Perhaps Pr. CCIT was rhe first post filled on restructuring,
ReplyDeleteNow, it is clear from the promotion of PR.CIT that there is no need for new RR. Hence after merging all cadres (EA), promotion would been effected for Gr.C cadre , based on model RR recommended by cabinet. See the lobby played by ITEF to favour stenos.
ReplyDeleteAsked these question to our Leader like kkn n kpr the said what we can do. Go and fight with pr.ccit. if we personally fight our cases than what is the need of ITEF. Why they r wasting our money and time. They should feel ashamed before entire income tax employees rather than calling national level conference.
ReplyDeleteWithout Recruitment rules if PR.CIT promotion can be effected, then why not Executive Assistant?. Let there be year of passing , see ITEF has made us fool by not existing the Executive Assistant cadre for the sake of stenos.
ReplyDeleteDpc for ta to sta is still pending in nwr for r.y. 2014-15 since the eligibility list has been released on 22nd dec 2014.What is happening in nwr? They are not serious to lower post.
ReplyDeleteIn nwr, everytime some very intellectual , law abiding (only for themselves n for near n dears) are managing the work of dpc. They only pursue that how could they may be instrumental for the promotion s of their cadre or for those who r ........ everyone can understand the meaning.

Jab tak ITEF hai tab tak koi EA cadre nahin. So bolo itef walon ki jai ho chahey baki cadre khatm ho jaeney. Ab wakt aa gya hai ke ITEF ko disband kar dena chahiye.

They r enjoing at yours cost. You would see or know that sharaab n kabaab will flow in Gouhati with your hard earned money. If they r true comrades then why they organize the conference at every level. May be you have not ride aeroplane but they will enjoy the ride at yours cost. We do not need retired personal who r enjoying. Where are serving comrades. These fu....ing leader s capture every opportunity n post in itef from deserving candidates.
ReplyDeleteThe worst sufferer of the DPT. is Sr. TA. There should be a proper n clear guideline for advance increment for passing ITI Exam for all over India. No meaning of ONE TIME MEASUREMENT promotion in restructuring(UP East).
ReplyDeleteO.S cadre and steno-I was to be merged with that of Sr. TA. to form the new cadre of EA. However, the Board gave directions to divide the new restructuring vacancies in the cadre of EA in to the three existing cadres in the same ratio as it existed, resulting in meaningless promotions being given from Sr.TA to OS under pressure of ITEF, which has created a situation where there is acute shortage of Sr. TAs and assessment work is badly affected. The entire vacancy of EA should have been considered as vacancies of Sr. TA as the nature of work required is of Sr. TA. EA cadre should be formed at the earliest. ITEF should oppose direct recruit quota in the cadre of EA if it is really interested in fighting the cause of staff members.

ReplyDeleteIt comes to news that a writ petition was filed against ITEF chq in the nwr. They are annoyed that chq has not bothered to settle the dispute. Perhaps due to this legal hitch conference at gouhati may be postponed or cancelled. Can anybody clear the picture.
