It is learnt from reliable sources that FM approved the file today afternoon. The promotion order for the post of ACIT on adhoc basis may be released at any time. It is also reported that promotion order for panel year 2014-15 (remaining vacancies) and 2015-16 is likely to be released together.

ReplyDeleteAt last, in the month of July'2016 itself there will be a good news. Hope much time is not taken for promotions of adhoc ACsIT for the V.Y 2061-17. The consequential vacancies for VY 14-15 & 15-16 should be given immediately to boost up confidence in the lower cadres and this will definitely pave way for achieving budgetary collections and making the IDS-2016 a grand success.

ReplyDeleteThe earlier adhoc ACIT promotion was also issued on in situ basis. So there should not be any problem for consequential adhoc promotion.

ReplyDeletethe problem with insitu is that they occupy the same position as they were occupying as ITO. So if further promotion to ITO cadre given on adhoc basis, they also should be made OSDs and work as ITIs as the Ad-hoc ACIT will do.

Dear all...the JCA leaders will do rounds in north block only. The don't have aany access to any information. It has become like 7th cpc. Waste union and its leaders. We have to pity ourselves for having elected them. They r simply enjoying on our subscription. Useless.

They will represent with administration to post the official in assessment to non assessment and vice versa. But they won't work in assessment seat and always work in light seat. All the rules are only for the members and not for them.

If any body go to court or CAT and gets any favourable orders, then these jokers will claim this as their big achievement and start collecting chandha for that benefit.

Delete9.18 AM..you are correct.in our department all the promotions stalled in legal battles. Even the Pr.CCIT and Pr.CIT promotions are pending for a long time. While things are like this, it is very unfair to blame the leaders for all the problems. In fact, the work culture and facilities in this Department are far better when compared to any central government department. If we look at our central excise counterparts, we will know how lucky we are. We have to appreciate, if somebody work continuously in non-asst, for the sake of union.

ReplyDeleteWhenever we expect the promotion, we must be prepared to go and join in the place where we are transfered and posted on promotion. Whereas, it is learnt that the ITGOA is vehemently agitating for insitu promotion without care for the lower cadres. It leads to suspicion that they are fighting for the welfare of a few of them. For which our ITEF is also supporting. Please take care and safeguard the interest of our Comrades first and leave away from ITGOA and initiate the agitation immediately. It is the right for us to start at the time of the IDS. Please convene the meeting immediately.

ReplyDeleteI dont know what you mean to in-situ but i know one thing that we have really become weak in understanding the procedures.There is no problem regarding in-situ promotion of ACsIT.From time immemorial orders are issued on in-situ basis. The only difference is that in-situ order will make all the officers involved in list ACsIT just after the list is declared and officer joins at the same place as ACIT whereas if list is issued after transferring them, one will be ACIT after joining at place of posting.In-sican be done on today only whereas transfer with list will be declared at leas after 15 odd days.As Board is so active, it will definitely wish wish it not to be in-situ so that they can take one more chance not to issue order soon.So the Unions involved should really really try their hardest the get the order out in-situ immediately.

ReplyDeleteY u r begging for insitu/adhoc kind of promotions if u have completed NRP in all regions as per SC order. Due to some vested interests in itgoa in implementation of NRP, the promotions to the cadre of ACIT could not be sent to upsc for regular DPC. If these selfish leaders are not thrownout immediately out of ITGOA, soon it will face its dooms day including ITEF.
