  2. As per this report, as for as Admin. CIT is concerned, Kolkata, Lucknow and Nagpur has lost 4,1 and 1 CIT resp. from existing CsIT. There is no change in No Of Admin. CIT in Jaipur, Guwahati, Kochi and Patna regions, All other regions are gainer Delhi+8 ,Mumbai+8,and others with +1,+2 or +3CIT.
Thus it is clear that in this cadre review Lucknow has only lost and gained nothing. ITEF UPE as well as ITEF CHQ must look into the matter and try atleast to maintain the number of CIT as existing.

  4. As per core committe, Kolkata has 5 more Pr CIT i.e. 20 against 15 as reccomended by Sub Committee No. 1. so they will have 90 more ITOs than calculated as per sub committee 1. So good news for Kolkata.

  5. CBDT is playing with different region's itef and we are acting like puppets. There will inspector be the smallest post within few years and ito onward is all india seniority then what to fight for. Higher authority is going to be promoted very soon, what about lower staff. If new RR is implemented then iti and ito will have to wait for one more year as eligibility is counted on first jan. and we r not promoted in last dec....lets hope some good luck in 2014.

  7. Posts should be allocated to Kolkotta charge based on actual number of assessees/revenue basis and not on muscle power basis of ITEF as in the last cadre review kolkatta charge got more number of posts disproportionate to their number of assessees and revenue generated.

  8. It is not justified to allocate posts on the basis of revenue only.A few officials are jealous about Kolkata without knowing the ground reality.
