3 yrs as senior ta is must or not for iti promotion.pl comment
ReplyDelete3 Years must for ITI promotion.
DeleteYes, but overall length of service must be of 5 years.
DeleteWhether passing criteria is consider in iti promotion as in new rules it was merged with seniority.
ReplyDeleteIs cr will be implemented in phased manner as post are abolished in phased manner
ReplyDeletepl
JAI HO.....
ReplyDeletewait for good news
ReplyDeleteits an absurd decision...based on which data????
ReplyDeleteOn what basis,data,enmity????
ReplyDeletedt of passing criteria is going to be abolished w.e f cadre restructuring vacancy unless it is being opposed . so official who are going to effect respond immediately before it is getting finalized. it is now or never. Not only this STA who are going to suffer more by the merger of posts, as junior steno in g.p of 4200 who has become grade-I are going to be sr to STA as Grade-I promotion is faster than OS promotion and are going to be placed at par with OS.
ReplyDeletebt no where 3:1 ratio existing..if u look at d merger proposals, d stenos who njoying undue advantage will lose it..and very few sta may also get some disadvantage..bt 80pc of sta will get benefit.and never the less, senior get promotion b4 junior which is universally accepted principle..
DeleteRoad map ka kya hua
ReplyDeleteVERY GOOD MOVE........SATYA MEVA JAYATHE
ReplyDeleteWhen Secretary General of ITEF visits next time in Kolkatta we are prepared to give him a "rousing" reception.
ReplyDeleteCabinet approval of CR for Gr. B & C is to be implemented in a single year. If posts are reduced from WB in coming years to be distributed to other charges, then the implementation, in effect, becomes phased. This can even be questioned in courts as this is ultra vires to the decision of the cabinet.
ReplyDeleteI think distribution of posts is done considering various aspects. One should not expect repeatation of mistakes of earlier CR. Dear friends accept it with brave heart
ReplyDeleteunfortunate

It would be a good news for all, this time all the CR Promotional posts up to the grade of IIT should have filled up by the candidate who have completed the probation period of 2 years and have passed the requisite departmental promotion examinations before its implementations, i.e. all eligible TA/Steno Gr.II,III/ Sr.TA/Stenos-I are to be promoted to the next grade or up to the grade of IIT as applicable.
ReplyDeleteProbably the Board might be thinking in this aspect to optimum utilise the available resources .
Board cannot relax as per rule of dopt service in 4200 GP for 3 yrs is must for 4600 GP promotion, if relaxation is issues it will be violation of service rule so donot expect now
DeleteWB people were enjoying the excess post from the last CR and they were hopping the same in the present CR also. This is not done so they are disappointed. Nothing else.
ReplyDeleteWhat will be the postion of O.S who have put in service of three years .

ReplyDeleteI am from WB...Sr.TA w.e.f. 2006....have passed ITI exam in 2007 and ITO exam in 2008...in present situation I have no chance of promotion as ITI in near future....so, pl. don't pass foolish comment without knowing the fact.. be sensible
Vigilance for ITI Promotion has been called in CCIT Bareilly (only those Sr. TA who have been completed three year of service),as per new RR criteria. No relaxation has been granted. The TA joined in 2008 batch promoted in 2011 are not treated as eligible. Now It is time to agitation for existing rules otherwise ready to suffer.
ReplyDeleteIt is reliably learnt that in many Charges, seniority list of EA for promotion to IIT is ready on the basis of new rr
DeleteTa promoted in 2011 are eligible for dpc for RY 14-15 after granting 1 yr relaxation
DeleteCRC is over. Hurrah!!!!! The demon called Bengal is finally cut to size. Direct recruits got what they want: i) Apex & HAG+ scale (denied by 6th CPC) ii) no promotee to ever reach the supervisory post (due to minimum new posts in the cadre of AC/DC & pentafurcation of promotion to AC) iii) posting in select 3-4 cities (many regions including Chennai getting around 100 new ITO posts are stripped off existing AC/DC posts, ensuring Direct Recruits posting in only 3-4 cities). What did the others get? Once the initial euphoria will be over, the residency period will be higher as there is complete bottleneck in ITO to AC promotion; in some charges, ITI: ITO ratio becomes higher than pre CRC, causing more stagnation in long run. Who cares? Bengal is taught a lesson. In CRC 2000, the post allocation formula adopted for newly created 943 ITO posts was 50% stagnation, 45% workload (no. of assessee) and 5% Revenue collection. Bengal got 46 posts for stagnation (3rd highest after Chennai & Delhi); 46 posts for workload (1st) & 2 posts for revenue( 4th , first three- Mumbai got 16, Delhi 9 & Chennai 3). So was it a conspiracy hatched by comrades of Bengal? During the period from August, 2000 (Cabinet approval) and June, 2001 (DPC of ITO), none at the helm of affairs was from Bengal. Be it the PM, FM, RS, Chairman, Presidents & SGs of ITEF &ITGOA, even the representatives of JCA in the Board and Implementation Committee. Anybody can verify the facts, even with the help of RTI. Then who did it all? Evil Magic? Who cares? Bengal is finished. Now somebody is complaining about Bengal’s Work Culture. If it is only for Bengal I.T. Department, how did we get an Arvind Kejriwal & his NGO Paribartan? Somebody is now shedding tears for the senior officers misbehaved in Bengal. We heard of “Jailor kaa Jasoos”, now “IRS kaa Jasoos” is also around us. Don’t worry, be happy. Whatever & wherever may be the crisis- in Ukraine, Afghanistan, Nigeria, North Korea or Global Warming or disappearance of Malaysian Airlines plane or very insignificant crisis in the workplace like regular humiliation & highhandedness by the Direct Recruits in years to come, Bengal will be always there to blame. GOD already saved the Direct Recruits. Who will save us from new breed of IRS who just got the taste of Blood? CRC is over. So who will be the next villain? It may be Delhi in next CRC, if any. So comrades from Delhi, prepare your defence. Till then ( 10 t0 15 years or eternally) –HAPPY BENGAL BASHING.
