Kanpur issued promotion order for 46 Inspectors to ITO

Pr CCIT, UP(West) & Uttarakhand region Kanpur has issued promotion order for 46 Inspectors to the post of Income Tax Officer today.

  7. With each order passed Delhi Inspectors are suffering loss of seniority vis a vis all India ITO seniority due to mindless litigation in Delhi.

  8. Welldone. Pata nahi NWR wale kaab neend se jagegay. NWR DPC me hamesha last rehta hai and that too because of our leader and colleagues. May God give them some heart for the employees.

  9. Shouldn't CBDT take services of good lawyers to request all courts/CATs to remove stay on promotions citing adverse effect on collection of revenue !

  10. In a case between 2001 Promotee ACITs and Direct IRS, judgement by Delhi HC was pronounced almost an year after conclusion of arguments and reserving of judgement.

  14. Rajasthan walo ko kab akal aayege patta nahi ccit or itef kya khichri pakka rehe hain jo ab tak regular dpc bhi do saal se nahi hui hai par bakre ki maa kab tak khair manaegi dekhte hai

  15. Principal CCIT, Chennai has passed CR ITO promotion order for 103 ITIs on 08.05.2014. Principal CCIT, Chennaikku oru peria visila podu....Dandanakka..... danakkudakka....

  19. Rajasthan walo ab to tum bhi kuch karo. Patta nahi ccit or itef ki kya khicri pakk rahi jo ki abhi taj 2 saal ki regular dpc bhi nahi hui hai.rajasthan hamesha hi sabse piche rehta hai

  20. Respected DR ITIs, is the newly promoted ITO from states other than Delhi will put ahead of you. What will be you do now, I think you will again and again go into litigation. Litigation me he lage raho Muna Bhai (Direct ITIs.) Mithai to bahar wale kha gae.

  22. Thanks to Pr.CCIT, Kanpur for promoting ITIs to ITOs in his Cadre. At least someone have dared to implement the process of CR. Also congratulations to newly promoted ITOs of Pr.CCIT, Kanput.

  23. A case regarding Group B Status of OS and after promotion becoming of Group C Status i.e. post of Inspector, is going to be filed in court. Shortly case will be filled to get status of Inspector as Group B so that promotion ratio can be 1:1 between Direct and promoted Inspectors.

  26. Poore Hindustan mein promotion wrong grounds mein diya jaa raha hai. It will lead to anarchy....how can a person who did not even appear for an exam be senior to a person who has cleared the exam about 10 years back. Just common sense. Supreme court can never do injustice. Those who are interpreting it are clearly taking wrong stand.
