ReplyDeleteThis is known as "Where there is a will, there is a way". Hat's off to the Pr.CCIT and Administration of Kerala charge for doing the right thing of revision of seniority across all cadres, thereby ensuing that nobody is at a loss or is facing injustice. It seems that when other charges were passing their time and looking at excuses to the delay the rightful seniority across all cadres, Kerala charge was silently doing their work in the right spirit and right direction. Once again kudos to them and let other charges take lessons from them.
ReplyDeleteAn appeal to Respected Seniors in IT department specially to ITEF leadership on behalf of post 2004 TA entry in the department.
ReplyDeleteIt is true that post 2004 TA entrants are lucky enough to get promoted to STA. It is only because of vacancies arised not because of snatching from some ones hand. Whenever possible our beloved seniors used to say that new comers got early promotion. Is it our fault, did we snatch their entitlement. If not so, why to point out the same thing again and again.
They comfortmably forget one thing that we belong to deprived cass, yes, pension deprived and thereby our future deprived. We never used to compare and discuss this aspect with them because we know the reality we are not going to get pension and accepted the reality and we try to maximise the career benefits out of available means. Towards that end, we cleared the promotion exams as quick as possible and start standing in the queue. Now, when our turn comes for ITI promotion as per existing rr in some charges, it is learnt that ITEF in those charges making all efforts to stop that.
My only question to ITEF is that once you can't get them pension (we know that it is one among the charter of demands which is not going to be achieved at all) Kindly allow us to live honourably in our old age because we don't have pension like you Sir, so we are in urgent need of earning saving for our future. Constitution has provided previleges like reservation for people belong to deprived class of society (for their suffering in the past). We the future deprived people, humbly request you Sirs, don't stand as a hurdle in our carreer progression.
Why cant delhi charge do the same? Revising only for the benefit of 2008 inspectors onwards is gross injustice.it should be frm 1986 and for all cadres.
ReplyDeletePls upload iti order of Delhi charge
ReplyDeleteKya steno koi v ni aayaaa... Kerala Charge me since...1986 se... uski seniority b to revise honii chaaye......

ReplyDeletePrincipal CCIT,Delhi released promotion order of ITI on 23.05.2014 which includes new steno grade 3 and TA joined in year 2007-08 and promoted as SR TA in 2011 and now in ITI in year 2014. so all ccit should pass order of ITI immediately.
ReplyDelete2006 TAs successfully got promoted as inspectors in Delhi besides hurdles putforth by ITEF. Congradulations to all newly promoted inspectors in Delhi region.
ReplyDeletewhy everybody is silent when supreme court order is implemented in true spirit? Now please say openly CCIT Kochi zindabad.
ReplyDeletePl. Send some knoweldged person to karnataka to impliment CR. Since there is no sign and knoweldgable person in KARNATAKA.
ReplyDeletePls update on a daily basis
ReplyDeleteIt is highly injustice to release promotion order of any cadre before finalization of the recruitment rules of all cadres due to restructuring. Department should have waited till all the rules passed for the lowest cadre MTS. How selfish and irresponsible our authorities are !. Hope the new government will view this matter seriously and initiate remedial measures immediately,so that, a common men will survive in this country with dignity.

Wasting time and energy.
ReplyDeleteArre blogger bhai LTC pe chale gaye kya no news for so many days :)
ReplyDeleteHi, Congrats to the officials who tried their best to revise the Seniority list from the lower cadre to the higher ones. Let all other charges also follow this style/method of publishing the list. Really great work done, and also HAT's OFF to the administration which did the right thing, in the true spirit. My suggestion, please send the copy to the Chairman CBDT and mark copies to all Pr.CCIT of the remaining 17 charges, so that a uniformity is maintained in revision in the right way.
ReplyDeleteMy only doubt is that some slots are having remarks like nomination cancelled, abolished, etc. does that mean that while placing DR DP in the ratio for fixing inter se seniority of Inspectors, they have taken all the dossiers/names of candidates received from S.S.C. irrespective of whether they joined or not??, Kindly clarify on this aspect.
Humble request to Pr.CCIT Mumbai to revise the seniority of direct UDC's as per apex court's decision in the case of N.R. Parmar and as was done by Pr. CCIT Kerala.
