NRP will be implemented only in DR IIT cases. Rest of the employees will help them for the preparation of seniority list and they should be prepared to sacrifice their post to their junior brothers after being reverted. Best of luck to all promoters.

ReplyDeleteCBDT circular says to implement from 1.1.86 in respect of all the officers of the department. there is only constant mention of direct recruits and promotees not any cadre in particular. it is good news that cbdt finally broke its silence. kudos to kerala charge. now our delhi charge and mumbai pl do d needful in all d cadres.
ReplyDeleteHOHOHOHOHO sad news is that SOME DR pals have blown quite a lot to get the same decision from CAT which is in line with CBDT. And the IRONY is that it all happened on the same day. MORAL OF THE STORY: "HASTE MAKES WASTE" Pity them.
It is due to DR only, the matter was resolved by CBDT now.
