ReplyDeleteGujarat walon ko court jyada pasand hain. N R Parmar Gujarat ki hi den hain.
Deletekya mumbai region ne inspector promotion may ITO promotion ka consequental effect deya hai ? , if anybody have idea, kinldy tell me please,
ReplyDeleteAcche dino ki shurwart ho gayi my dear
ReplyDeleteACHE DIN AANE WALE HAI
ReplyDeletePromotions, no posting, no transparency, no publication of final approval of Board on committees like Postal Board.
ReplyDeleteDost enhey jyada seekhney key liye mat kehna varna jo chd wale ab kar rahen hain doosre cadre mein bilkul hi satyanash ho jayega
ReplyDeleteanya region ke saath saath mumbai region bhi me Sr. TA jinke 3 years pure nahi hue wo bhi promote ho gaye ye NWR walo ko kya problem hai, es region ko apne employee ki fiker nahi hai dusre region me junion rank wale jaldi promote hoke senior ho gaye aur NWR region me Sr. T.A.s ghatiya union ki rajneeti ka shikaar ho rahe hai, unki future ke saath khilwad ho raha hai. Aakhir NWR kab sudharega. Har baar newly recruited ko apni promotion ke liye kyo ladna padta hai. Agar newly recruited jaldi exam pass karke promotion ke liye eligible ho jaate hai to they should be rewarded by promotion.....not mental harrassment.
ReplyDeleteDo not blame work hard, nwr is best region to follow rules. Sta less than 3 yrs are never eligible. Min service of 3 yrs are mandatory from gp 4200 to 4600. Be realistic
DeleteDear bro u r aspectinh promotion but think about the colleagues who could not get promotion due to the apathy of rules n some of the newcomers wants to take un necessary advantage from the situation by misleading the admn. Moreover u r blaminf union, pls ask the person who by his wrong act diminished the chances of getting promotion for newcomers. The person is also a newcomer.
DeleteMoreover if u feeling harassed n thought that u r not getting good chances for promotion in NWR, u must choose the better region where u could get better prospect s, and if u have good calibre pls compete from NWR not from others regions for further direct post so the u could be rewarded with better employment according to ur intelligency level. Pls think as broad minded guy.
DeleteIn the ITEF, New Delhi, circular dated 14.06.2014 (circular no.44/12-15) regarding CWC meetings and decisions held on 01.06.2014, it was stated that many members raised objections for adopting the existing Recruitment Rules for the DPC. In reply the house was informed the inevitability of the adoption of the existing Recruitment Rules and assured that effort will be taken to get instructions issued for filling up of further and future vacancies as per the draft RRs framed. The SG also informed the house that the draft RRs for all the cadres have been framed incorporating almost all the suggestions made by the ITEF.
ReplyDeleteThe CBDT, in the letter regarding “Instructions for conducting of DPCs for vacancy year 2013-14, dated 27.05.2014, states that “New Recruitment Rules is likely to take some more time and it would not be advisable for conduct of DPCs after notification of new/revised Recruitment Rules”.
As per ITEF circular, the draft RRs are almost framed within a period of 5 days ie meeting held on 01.06.2014, from the date of instruction, dated 27.05.2014 of conducting of DPCs for the year 2013-14 by the CBDT. If RRs is almost finalized, then the notification may be issued after the new RRs is notified. If it is inevitable of adopting existing Recruitment Rules as per ITEF, it should be of temporary basis only. After the notification of new/revised Recruitment Rules, the entire seniority should be refixed as per the new/revised/model recruitment rules.
The Board must take necessary steps to implement the same and do justice for all cadres.
What will be the attitude of the board for r y 2014-15 dpc?
ReplyDeleteanybody see the DPC rules of years 1998 & 1989 in dopt portal and model time of dpc conduct. Can it is possible new RRs have to be applicable with retrospectively from 1 april 14 for 2014-15 vacancies.
ReplyDeleteAt Hyderabad even with less than 3 years service in Sr. TA (SCs) have been promoted, of course, the same has been suspended by CAT on some other issue.
ReplyDeleteHas the person who is saying that 3 years of minimum service in grade pay 4200 is mandatory for promotion to the grade pay of 4600 gone through the order of ITI promotion in Delhi, Bangalore, Lucknow and in Mumbai. In Mumbai itself, T.A. who became Sr. T.A. in July 2011 got promoted as Inspector in the order mentioned in this blog. So what will u say on this.....
ReplyDeleteIt is not good as all rules should be uniform nature
Deletekaun sa rule good hai kaun sa nahi ye to nwr ke union leader hi decide karenge na .....I m surprised at the attitude of authorities in NWR whether they are not known to all these matter or they willinglly avoiding all these matter in the enfuence some biased union leader of nwr.
DeleteDear go through the rr ta is also feeder cadre for inspector prom. So one complete service of 03 years as a ta is eligibke for ins promotion.
DeleteIn Odisha, TAs and Stenographers Grade-II with G.P.of Rs.2400/- promoted as Inspector. What is the Rule. This is not framed for any state. The rule should be equal for all the states. The Chairman, CBDT is not looking this. Please clarify.
ReplyDeletenwr ke authority aur union k leaders jyada intelligent hai, wo RR rule follow nhi krte, khud RR banate hai
ReplyDeletebilkul sahi kah rahe ho dost maine khud union ke leader ko baate karte suna hai ki hum nahi chahte hai k ye naye batch ke Sr. TAs promote ho ke itni jaldi Inspector bane kyo ki hamne (purane employee) itne saal liye Insp. banane me to ye promotion bhi tabhi hoga jab hum(union leaders) chahenge....
DeleteCongrats to Mumbai region.
ReplyDeletedear friends ladne se koi fyade nai hogea jo union se naraj hai wo khud union mai chale jaye aur jo adminstration se to union mai post pakar pressure banao. rajneeti sekh lo tabhi fyade mai rahoge. koshish to karo daroge tou aur drayenge 5 tou hoge nwr mai.
ReplyDeletehame nwr se compete karne ke liye suggest karne wale maharaj aap har saal k ssc nwr ka result dekhe apko pata lag jayega k kitne ladke nwr region k compete karte hai aur kitne bahar se. sachai kadwi hai, kabul karo bhai.
ReplyDeleteDear friends, can anyone let us know if the consequential vacancies for ITIs been filled up in any of the regions. In Chennai, people who came on inter-departmental and inter-charge transfers in 1996-97 are still Sr TAs only. Please let us know
ReplyDeleteMr. Sudharsan, if new/revised/model recruitment rules as approved by the Cabinet would have been followed for the RY 2013-14, then all the inter-charge/inter-departmental officials would have got ITI promotions on the 2013-14 vacancies itself. Think of it.
