  1. What he is going to do with this report? If the workload is more, can he give additional posts over 200 already sanctioned? Already promotions are over delayed. Our patient is exhausted.

  2. RS assured last year dpc for 2016-17 by march 2016
And now not ready to give adhoc promotion
ITGOA leaders should show some guts and resign immediately

  3. If 180 promotion not stopped by ITGOA then another 360 would have been done by now.

  5. These details were obtained by RS earlier also. Without any agitation, they will not give anything. We are enjoying everything due to agitation done by the earlier union members.

  6. There is always a Tendency by the CBDT to play with the destiny of the non-Direct IRS officials in case of promotional aspects. This is very dangerous for the overall activities in the Income Tax funtionaries all over the country. That must be stopped immediately for the sake of good goverance in the country.Let good sence prevail on the CBDT officials--

  8. When the leaders taking personal benefits using their position you can't expect anything extra. Rather they're delaying due benefits. You only have to pay Rs 100 per month for their luxuries

  9. Workload should be reviewed in all cadres from acit to pr ccit

    1. Very good suggestion and need of the hour in our department. Already 7th CPC has lashed out the department with a nashty comment as 'top heavy'. In that scenario, overall review of all group A posts should be done immediately and unwanted extra luggage should be pruned. At present there is no accountability exist in the department and every IRS wants to to posted only in Metro cities.

  11. From the CAP-I & CAP-II report for the month of March, 2016 itself, shows the pendency, workload, last year disposal, from CBDT itself. The vacancy position of ACIT/DCIT only CBDT knows.

  12. It's learnt that new Member P has given a damn to ITGOA's demand for 40% transfer even from deficient regions

  13. It is queer that their is a clarification sought by RS.
There are more vacancies in the cadre of ACIT/DCIT and whether it is one or 10 the work load can be handled, better with timely promotion.
Today the ITOs are stagnating! Tomorrow every cadre from MTS to PRCIT will stagnate, if promotions and DPCs are not held in time.
Group I services of state get conferred IAS,IPS etc. But they are retained in their state cadre.
There also the tug of ego is there between DRs and PRs are seen.
There is no doubt that merit requires no credit; still why is that 23 years of hard work is punished with inordinate delays, as only in IRS only, cross country transfer is seen. Also the PRS are not competing with DRs for plum posts at centre or on deputation.
At least give a decent scale in VII CPC.

  15. In tamil nadu due to ineffective itef, there is no news about AGT, publication of seniority list of ito's for 2016-17, modification of transfer oreders of promottee officials of MTS and TA, adhoc promotions to the cadre of ITO for 2014-15 for the non disputed 2 general and 3 SC vacancies. ITEF is keeping guessing game on these issues and not properly replying to the querries raised by the members. itef till date not met the pccit on AGT matters and simply sitting and chatting in association room.

  19. Any development reg ITO to ACIT DPC for 2015-16 ? File moved to UPSC ? Any reply ?

    ReplyDelete
  20. Since the acit dpc file is too heavy, itgoa and jca are 'pushing hard' to move the file. If anybody can lift the file and sent to upsc, then itgoa Will take claim as if it has achieved it. Instead of fighting for our rights, jca is begging now a days for the ito to acit promotions. That too for adhoc promotions. Shame on you leaders for this situation.

  21. This development can be made use of intelligently by conveying to RS the huge negative impact on department's capacity.

  23. RS assured 650 promotions of 2014-15 to 2016-17 by 31.03.2016. Until today we are able to get only 175 net promotions and don't know when the balance posts will come. Its the right time for jca to relaunch the so called naamke vaasthe agitation sooner ir later to save its face in front of furious members who are agitating daily with the useless nethas. Hey Ram hamey bachao.

that is a good suggestion and the only way for solution. But why a naamke vaasthe ? let us do a serious n meaningful agitation.

  27. Reservation should be restricted to entry level only. No reservation in promotion.

  28. There is no reservation in promotion w.e.r. 17.06.1995. In income tax department, there is no reservation in promotion in nor region.

  29. CBDT directed vide letter dated 06.05.2016 All pr.ccit(CCA)/Dgit to review the service rules as per pay commission rules issued by DOPT . All the employees look in the matter and give application to review the service rule.(DOPT OM dated 24.03.2009). Because of department has not incorporated the service rule as yet.

  43. The ITGOA stopped the agitation with the assurance not less than RS that all the promotion posts of ACsIT upto RY 2016-17 will be filled by 31.03.2016. But till date only for RY 2014-15 they could able to do. The Association, CBDT are solely responsible for not giving promotions for the RY 2015-16 & 2016-17. Even now also, the CBDT/ITGOA are only thinking of moving towards promotions for RY 2015-16 and not serious at all abt 2016-17.

it appears that ITGOA is only supporting CBDT rather than taking a radical part, for which ITGOA is formed. If ITGOA starts supporting CBDT/RS, then the leaders have no right to hold the posts.

The ITGOA leaders, if they want them to be called as leaders, should come out and openly declare a dharna for promotions to ACsIT posts for both RYs simultaneously.

If for administrative reasons, the officers have to suffer their promotion the solely the responsibility lies on CBDT and also on ITGOA.
