Earlier News : It is gathered from sources that DPC started at 10.30 A.M as scheduled. As the Chairman of DPC committee had other important meeting scheduled late in the afternoon, the DPC procedure could not be completed today. Nearly half of the proceedings could be completed today and the rest of the business will be done tomorrow.
After completion of the procedure tomorrow, promotion order is expected in a few days.

ReplyDeleteDPC was convened after a gap of 2 weeks from getting approval of R.S. without completing the formalities, the chairman went means he don't have the interest to complete it or association people in weak position to get it done? How long the board will take time to issue the orders god only knows.
ReplyDeleteDPC for leftover 19 deficit APAR cases of 2014-15 was believed to be over today instead of 25 posts (6 retired and death cases). However the 2015-16 continued to be held tomorrow.

ReplyDeleteI pray God for smooth conduct of DPC 2015-16, may all the eligible ITO's name be there in the list. Further, I request ITEF leaders they should also look after the welfare of lower grade employees after DPC 2015-16 (ITO to ACIT) is over. I mean to say the same adhoc promotions be ensured to all eligible group C employees.
ReplyDeleteNOW BOARD WANTS ITOs TO PASS EXAM CONDUCTED BY RTIs AFTER ORIENTATION COURSE TRAINING FOR ITOs OTHERWISE INCREMENTS WILL BE STOPPED. IS IT SO EASY TO STOP INCREMENTS. INCREMENTS ARE GIVEN FOR THE WORK DONE. IF ONE FAILS IN RTI EXAM THEN THEY SHOULD RATHER REVERT THEM TO ITI BUT THEY CANNOT STOP THE INCREMENTS AS CBDT HAS NO SAY IN ONEs INCREMENT UNLESS IT IS PART AND PARCEL OF THE RECRUITMENT RULES.

i would like to draw attention towards inspector exam or ITO exam and its treatment by our department. Yesterday CAG issued a office order mentioning that after passing departmental exam promotion to the post of AAO will be treated as direct appointment for MACP. It means all the promotion/ ACP availed before promotion will not be considered and MACP will be counted a fresh in AAO cadre means 3more MACPs. similar examination is also there in all the department including ours. Can we not get the same treatment after passing of Inspector or ITO examination. Is it not violation of Article 14 of the constitution. ITEF/ITGOA should take up the matter immediately.

ReplyDeleteAny body has any information on who were left out from the ACIT promotion list. As CBDT is capable of telling APAR missing while conducting the DPC, apart from what they have circulated earlier.
