Update from ITGOA on ACIT promotion and other issues

The Chairman CBDT invited the Central JCA for a meeting on the basis of letter of JCA dated 03‐11‐ 2016 and also the notice dated 17‐11‐2016 for agitation in front of all Pr. CCsIT offices and office of the Pr.DGIT(HRD) on 25.11.2016 by the ITEF. Accordingly, the meeting took place on 26.11.2016 at 4.00 P.M at the Chairman’s office Chamber, North Block New Delhi.
"As a broad outline of the outcome of the meeting, the Chairman assured that in view of the suggestion of the UPSC, the proposal for regularisation of 2014‐15 would be sent to the DoPT for obtaining clarification as regard to the implementation of OM dated 30.09.2016. The CBDT also sought 10 days time for obtaining the clarification of the DoPT or otherwise the Board will take appropriate decision for ad‐hoc promotion for 2016‐17 as per its understanding of the said OM. As regards the promotion to the post of Pr. AO, it was informed that draft all India seniority list of AO, Gr.II will be published by 09.12.2016 giving 15 days time for objection/comments. On expiry of the 15 days period the Ad‐hoc DPC to the cadre of Pr. AO will be carried out. Regarding filling up of all regular and ad‐hoc promotions, including the consequential vacancies created due to promotion to the posts of ACIT, the Chairman/Member(P) would intervene and request to all Pr.CCsIT for immediate action.  "

  6. The useless jca association in tamilnadu able to get the adhok consequence promotion partly from the adamant Pccit at last. Balance order will be issued next year. Till then all people wait patiently.

  13. No use saying that we constitute 97 % of the work force of the department unless you fight and get your rightfull due i.e promotion from ITO to ACIT. Many ITO's are on the verge of retirement after having served the department for more than 15 years in one post.
    Wake up Leaders and look after the interest of the whole members and not a few chosen ones only.
