Intercharge Transfer : CBDT relaxed condition in certain cases

CBDT relaxed the criteria of three year service for intercharge transfer in certain class of employees upto 31.12.2017.
The following class of non gazetted employees can seek for inter state transfer after one year of service in that grade.
1) Physically handicapped quota
2) Whose spouse or children are differently abled.
3) Unmarried lady official
4) Spouse in Govt. job.
5) Ex serviceman

    relaxation upto should have been 31.12.2017 instead of 31.03.2017

    Hello Sir.

    I want to ask senior if promoted Inspectoe seek Inter Charge Transfer then if he is trransferred then will he go as TA or ITI???
    and before getting transfer will he has to put 3 years compulsory in that grade or not.

    what is the condition of ICT in Up west, Delhi and M.P.

      Steno. GR II/Inspectors will not be reverted since those are not 100% promotion posts. But they will loose their seniority of 03 years which they served in old region.

      Yes, its a must and mandatory to serve for for 03 years in the respective grade.

      Whole india have the same condition for ICT

    respected sirs/madams...........What About Intercharge transfers???

    Some charge are not accepting promotee inspectors(ITI) as ITI after inter charge transfers . They are demoted to TA. what is the exact rule ??

      See 1980 board circular.. no right to demote promotee inspector if he has served 3 yrs of his service in old region as inspector
