Adhoc ACITs for the vacancy year 2014-15 regularised

The President is pleased to appoint the following officers in the grade of Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax (ACIT) against the vacancy year 2014-15 in Level-10 of the Pay Matrix Rs. 56100-177500/- on regular basis with immediate effect or until further order on in situ basis:-

    Adhoc ACIT promotion VY 2014-15 has been regularised. And many UR seats have been given to ST/SC. While it is mentioned in the order that the order is as per DOPT OM dated 15.06.2018 (means Unreserved to unreserved and reserved to reserved should have been followed) but it seems to be not in conformity with the said OM.

    N R PARMAR DECISION TO be implemented prospectively and entire ITIs seniority to be revised. Correct decision taken by DOPT after 5 years. Supreme Court has again held that only date of joining is to be considered for direct recruits for seniority purpose and no back dated seniority.
