As per the new RR staff car drivers are legible to write department examination.Now conducting the examination with old RR buy avoiding them is injustice.
Make compulsory the departmental promotion examinations for all cadres , I mean to say, starting from MTS to Board Members, other wise stop it completely. Do not churn the life of middle cadres. who are also entering to this department after passing a requisite standard of examination conducted by Staff Selection Commission of India. Please, do not under estimate to SSC.
