It is learnt from the reliable sources that the exercise of post allocation in CR will be finalized latest by today i.e.27th Feb, 2014 & thereafter with final consultation with interest group, the file will be sent to Revenue Secretary & FM for approval. Everything is hopefully expected to be cleared by this Tuesday i.e. 4th March, 2014. Lets hope everything goes smoothly and we have final allocation order by 4th March.

Illegally recruited DRs of 05 06 and 06 07 shd firstly be removed frm the existing seniority list as per supreme court order dt 12.2.2014 n then their fate shd b decided separately. Their recruitment n appointment is nothing but cheating n lacks transparency against Constitution.

Every promotees first give a petition to their respective CCIT(CCA) to object the illegal recruitment of 2008 DR ITI batch as the prescribed procedures for recruitment was not followed by the SSC as per recent Supreme Court judgement and also not to give any seniority based on the Parmaar case as this batch is a illegal batch.
Now we are hopeless.

The supreme court of India in civil appeal No. 979 OF 2014 held that the advertisement must specify the number of posts available for selection and recruitment. The qualifications and other eligibility criteria for such posts should be explicitly provided and the schedule of recruitment process should be published with certainty and clarity. The advertisement should also specify the rules under which the selection is to be made and in absence of the rules, the procedure under which the selection is likely to be undertaken. This is necessary to prevent arbitrariness and to avoid change of criteria of selection after the selection process is commenced, thereby unjustly benefiting someone at the cost of others. Further it held that Even under the Constitution, the power of appointment granted to the Chief Justice under Article 229 (1) is subject to Article 16 (1), which guarantees equality of opportunity for all citizens in matters relating to employment. ‘Opportunity’ as used in this Article means chance of employment and what it guaranteed is that this opportunity of employment would be equally available to all. This judgement is applicable to the Staff selection commision,the recruting agency is voilating the article14 and 16(1) since 2005 onwards. As SSC is advertising less number of posts and recruting in larger number of candidates. That means back door appointments.
So all the back door appointments should exit on back door at the earliest.

No where in India do we have full sanctioned strength working. The daily wagers are filling the vacancies, they are working there with a little wages. We all should think for them also. At least those have completed full three years as on 01.04.2014 (206 days consecutive three years)may be considered for MTS.

first effect of NRP to be given, only then effect of CR, so what happens be it today or six months letter.
Will fm able to take decision of CR on 04th March because code of conduct is going to impose on or before the given date of approval?
There should not be any compromise in implementation of NRP. If required, we may quit ITEF.
The Central cabinet should not consider the enhancement of retirement age to 62 since the unemployed young people will be the victims by this decision. Secondly, the employees will also be adversely affected by postponement of their promotions by 2 years. I do not find any reason for why the government is taking such a foolish decision.
