A lot of problem is being faced by the ITEF Delhi and Mumbai regrading allocation of post.If a loss of various post in Directorate of Income tax , he will responsible to ITEF Delhi and Mumbai.
Forget about restructing. Let's discuss real issues regarding reports. Let the association take up the issue of reports ss we have started submitting new cap2 let other reports should be stopped henceforth after withdrawal of agitation.

Our railway counterparts got it..and even our Central excise brothern got it(for the first phase)..they put it clearly that restructure posts will go to PR only ..but our department is different..new posts are created from July,2013 and it will take minimum two more years for new DR ITIs to join (CGL 2012 batch yet to join)..and they will claim seniority from July,2013 onwards..another Parmaar case in making..CBDT and ITEF please do something..it is very much avoidable litigation..

It is heard that most of the members went to Gujarat Charge on a invite from the present CM and future PM, hopefully to please their future BOSS. Else, who come that 4 to 5 CBDT members visit a CCIT Charge in two days in the name of official meetings with various officials. CAN anyone say the correct reason for their official visit to AHMEDABAD on 3rd & 4th of February.

In case of Group 'C' it could finally be implemented in May 2001 to Aug 2001.So, probably, we will have to wait till first quarter of F.Y. 2014-15. Moreover, main reason for delay delaying attitude appears to be bring it to the end of financial year so that the present work structure might not suffered.

Directly recruited IRS officers are big shot and they deserve better pay and perks as they have qualified UPSC.we should be courteous while writing anything.They didn't stop us from writing upsc.Being courteous, we can put our demand and pursue.if we won't learn how to respect CBDT, we will also not respect our elders in our home. Am I wrong?

The result is that the genuine grievances of mainstream cadres are left behind and undue benefits are being enjoyed by the undeserved. The Board is not at all bothered about Group 'B' and 'C' employees. The ITEF has political aims, let us come out and unite. They will never take up our problems...
The pitch for allocation of post have been digged by ITEF , it appears that ITEF had not thought for all and the carrier of many who retired was spoiled its is very sorry affair and failed to understand what the politics is being played . We care fed up from the name of ITEF now. pks

why CBDT is silent about it.
