Distribution of posts of cadre review : Detailed Booklet

The entire booklet is uploaded now.
You must have heard that CBDT sent a detailed booklet regarding distribution of posts. This booklet contains more than 90 pages.  Some of the similar blogs claimed that there is no soft copy available but we did procure the soft copy and providing for our viewers. We do not have any objection about copying anything from this blog.

Kya blog administrator ye bata sakte h ki jo employees Insp cadre me delhi me intercharge k liye noc ka wait kar rahe h, unhe in vacancies me se noc milegi ya nahi?

it is no fair that cbdt already informed ssc about vacancies and other side it is also not clear whether old recruitment rule will follow for dpc or new hidden RR?

abhi 15.4.14 ko to CAT Delhi ki date hai. Uske baad dekho kya hota hai.

blog administration bata sakta hai ki all alloted post will be filled up by promotion only ya 1/3 rd will go for DR in inspector cadre

CRC,scheme of distribution of post ke balance pages bhi upload ker dejiye bahut intzar ho Chula hai,16 Pages upload ker ke suspence bana diya

Board must chalk a timebound programme for its implementation,if doubts are there 50% persons who are first eligible may be promoted this month immediately,so target may be achieved and time to think jurisdiction issue will be taken

agar new rules ITI ka aa gaya toe phir humlog jo pahle deptt exam pass kar liye hai koi fayda nahi. humlog seniority se bahut late bane ge. protest must new Rules becoz cadre res. ke allocation ke din tak bhi RR ka notification nahi huha hai aur Rules/court decision purana rule se promotion ke liye kai order diya hai

Would you tell me please that what decision has been made in respect of regularization of poor daily wagers.
Apart from that, it is also requested to the blog administrator to kindly make immediate efforts to load rest of the pages of said booklet.

Hon'ble Chairman & Member P&V please think about the poor daily wages workers, they are in very critical conditions and nobody wants to do anything for them.
you are requested to take necessary action at the earliest possible so that the above daily wages workers who have been appointed before December-2008 may be regularized.

anybody can confirm that at present how many daily wages workers working in the Income Tax Department who have been engaged before issue the OM of Finance Ministry in 2008, as well as what is the policy made by the CBDT for regularization of above daily wages workers.

the report of the daily wages workers are still pending at the stage of CCIT(CCA)in the following regions:-
1. CCIT(CCA), Patna
2. CCIT(CCA), Lucknow

For Sri Anjani Kumar..we all know the plight of our daily wage workers but i dont think any executive authority can dare to take decision on their regularization..better to solve the issue at judicial forum..

yes..d judicial decisions clearly states dat r.r as on date of dpc applicable not old r.r or vacancy year etc..

NWR has issued eligibility list of inspector as per regular DPC and as per CR separately. Strange ! when it is not clear about recruitment rule how they are going to take action on this matter.

In which judicial order it is said that for a particular RY, separate RR will be applicable for each DPC when the RY already completed.
