DOPT issued an O.M. dated 21.11.2014 instructing all central Ministries / Dept. to install Bio Metric Attendance System mandatorily within 31st Dec'14 in case of Delhi and within 26th January 2015 for the rest of the country.

Attendance linked pay package system is one amongst the Administrative projects.The aim appears to be for being intime and for going in time, which is applicable to working class all round.
UIDAI is failed to provide aadhar card to all CG employees. 90% CG employees ke pass aadhar card nehin hai. DOPT ki ye rule follow krne se pehle AADHAR card dene ki subidha ki jar.

This should imposed from the top level i.e. Pr.CCIT, CCIT, CIT and etc.
This should be imposed from the top level to bottom. How will works to Inspector level.
It should be exempted for Inspectors.
bio metric attendance should also be ensured for public servants like ministers who often bunks their office in the guise of party work. In government party is different entity from government, thus, who wishes to be ministers should refrain from party work and devote full time for government work and if they could not then should quit its ministry. The bio metric attendance then can bring success of its introduction otherwise it will go in vain. Don't forget the ministers are the integral part of governance without implementing or ensuring their bio metric attendance no sucess can be achieved.
