Respected Chairperson We r ready to work for the betterment of our esteemed organization as per yourself orders whenever required but where new RR and our promotion DPCs orders. Pls do something so that good work culture can be created.
RR for ITI has not been published by the board for the last 14 Years ie the earlier CR held in 2001& DPC for ITI till date are conducted on Ad hoc rules. This is very shameful for the board & this shows the level of incmppetence prevailing in the board.
Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in NR Parmar case has not given any special instructions to determine the seniority of the personnel joined on inter- charge basis. It means, the decision is equally applicable to all, irrespective of the day joined in the service. Hence, the CBDT may not create any rule of its own to determine the seniority by contempting the Supreme Courts decision. So. Salute to Parmar Saheb by whose hard work and reform, the inter charge-transfer personnel are likely to regain their seniority which were lost due to some in-appropriate rules made by the CBDT and agreed by the innocent aspirant.
The Restructuring is coming to effect from tommorw, but the governemnt has faied to pass the recruitment rule for iit and executive assistant it is a matter of shameful and the department showing nothing interest on this issue as the meagre and weaker section of the department will be benifitted by this. Department should take interest as soon as possible to pass the recruitment rule.
Mr. 8:24 PM Intercharge officials who transferred from one reason to another ,only when, after his consent in written for loosing of his seniority. It is just like a compassionate appointment and placed below all DR and PR. Even if the past service is reckoned then it is only a blunder as above him all Direct officials who joined the department in any particular year and senior to him are also become eligible for promotion just because in rule if any junior is eligible for promotion his senior if full fills all criteria for promotion except the qualifying service he may be promoted.
Why u r worried about RR when existing rule is there by that only all promotion can be made. Moreover cbdt have to issue instruction as like what the board has given for ry 2013-14. New RR will not going to give any benefit to all new incumbent who will be joined as TA for future promotion aspect.
New RR is destructive for all new recruit as there is no passing seniority, there is no Increment after passing deptt exam and junior DR will take the interse seniority above the old recruited as per N R P cases implementations. Junior coming after 4 years will be senior to the existing employee as per vacancy year. Promotions will take place after a gap of minimum 4 years including dpc year if vacancy exists otherwise stagnations will come. So. New RR is purely career killing. So never support new RR. Only old RR will benefit the employees.
You r correct my dear brother but till date board is silent moreover they have fixed deadline up to 15 th Nov,2014 otherwise they will issue excetutive instruction for RY 2014-15. Is there any information for that?
Only KP Rajgopalan n his some mischievious supporter are thist total ananarchy. He deliberately not pursuing the matter of RR. Within two three days u will get the news to follow the old rules so that yhose could be promoted who rsending ....... to KPR
CBDT is god! Thanks to CBDT. Jo IT employees ka destructions chahega. WO new RR ki baat karega. Ye Bhai jarur koi steno he Jo ki apni jhutaa benefit ke liye RR ki for mein hai. Jo ki pura baat janta nehin he

Within 6 months CBEC has implemented the full CR, where as in CBDT?
