Consequent to implementation of restructuring, all Group C employees of Kolkata region have been deemed to have joined in the office of Pr CCIT Kolkata on 15.11.2014 and consequently deemed to be released on the afternoon of 21.11.2014. All officials except those who are on training/ pre sanctioned leave beyond 21.11.2014 should join their new place of posting on 24/11/2014 as per new deployment order.

Honestly speaking I do not understand what does it mean by 'deemed joining'. Please anyone could explain the end result of such a deemed joining.

can u tell, how mony group C compassionate appointment post in cadre restructuring
what about Executive Assistant? Give one increment by equlising OS and SR TA and then change designation. Otherwise, IT will deprive one class.
What a mess my god. Officers are blessed at the cost of subordinate. No remedy for staff of West Bengal...... Ridiculous......... What is the use of this restructuring?
