ITEF is going to organize the All India Conference in Guwahati between 19th and 22nd February 2015. Leaders from all over the country will exchange their views and by meaningful discussions, future roadmap for the welfare of employees are likely to be drawn.
As we are aware that the visiting leaders (approximately 15 per circle, amounting to nearly 250 in number) remain always busy for the benefit of employees, will mostly avail the aerial route to minimize the travel time. Though Guwahati is well connected by rail, delegates prefer air travel to concentrate fully on the conference itself.
Expense for air fare should not be a problem for this organization. For instance, 16 delegates from West Bengal are flying to Guwahati by a private air carrier at the cost of Rs 7000/- (approx) per head for one way journey only. The local unit is collecting subscription from ordinary members to bear the expense partially. As the conference is meant for the welfare of the members, they should come forward and subscribe generously.
It may be mentioned that West bengal is the only region which did not get even a single post of additional ITO in the recent cadre restructuring. All itef leader just flattering the officers. They are worthless for us. They organise conference at every hill station like places. They only enjoy.

The ITEF Members in West Bengal are completely worthless. They are totally purchsed in the hands of Higher Authorities.The are enjoying
everything at the cost of contributions given by the Members of ITEF(i.e. all the Group 'C'employees in West Bengal).We have nothing to expect some positive results(i.e. not even a strong protest against the discrimination of the Cadre Review Posts)from ITEF.Unfortunately we are gradually losing faith in ITEF,WB--

Laptop and handset are for diverting members from thinking.
The person who throw curencies of small denomination on roadside aims to snatch/loot/rob a big amount.
Leaders know if members start thinking they can not survive. Our leaders know how to divert us from thinking. So freebies....at the cost of you.
Now-a-days Laptop, handset are very minor things and short term benefits. After issue of free sim we are forced to attend official calls on holidays as well ,which was restricted at officer level prior to sim issue. Nothing comes at free.

The 1968 RR is still operative for superstars of this department for something and not for the all. Only our department RR did not revise so far. Even after 4 decades, our association wants to continue for new born/entry employees to get over to the 20 years of service rendered ministerial cadres. Think before act and educate.
hats off to my seniors...u know that new RR can simply eradicate the term of promotion from the career of TAs from year 2011 onwards. still u want the implementation of new RR. u may analyze yourself what a promotion means in the professional career of any government servant. we can also support the implementation of new RR but at least u may oppose the direct quota at EA level or up-gradation of existing TAs to EAs. i request you all to think about this vigorous situation.

Absolutely direct recruitment of EA should be opposed. As well as there should one time relaxation if all wants old RR.
Why do not u open a tea stall in your state. Why u r eating quota of post other states. If u deserving candidate why u r mot competing within your state. Jin kha rahey ho unko hi aankhey dikha rahey ho. You r definitely from the area where from people going out for doing what kind of menial job you know better. In the coming time u would be stand in our place. At that time must suggest yourself this option.

I agree with Mr. Purushothaman. RR has to be changed. Always ITEF was against the amendment of RR. Hats of to Mr. KNP.
May God give good spirit to our new leaders so that they could repairs the damage which was done by the previous party. Mr. Kanojia is a flamboyant and outspoken leader who can stoodby for lowest rungs members. He would must feel the pain of many cadres who got nothing even lost their dignity and chances of any single promotions due to favoritism of out previous S.G. who broke all records to tarnish the image of ITEF.
Whether DPC for 2015-16 is also going to take place after the lapse of substantial period of 9-10 months like 2014-15?
I request ITEF leaders to make it sure that DPCs for 2015-16 are held on time.
