Where is one time relaxation for promotion to the vacant posts .
As, it was a trend in early days to promote the vacant post by passing one time relaxation rule, this time also the Board should consider relaxation measures.
Why JCA is fighting only for the promotion of ITO/ ACIT/DCIT only.
Why not for relaxation measure for the leftover posts.
Support JCA if they ready to fight for the benefits of all. Otherwise, reject JCA.
As per this order the pay of same / subsequent batch recruitees who passed the exam in the cadre of Sr.TA will be higher than those who passed the exam in the cadre of TA. That means passing exam earlier leads to pay loss. So whether the official who has taken the two advance increments in the cadre of TA can withdraw those two increments and re-fix his / her pay w.e.f the date of his / her promotion to Sr.TA. The Board should issue separate instruction about it.
The demand for inclusion of OS and Steno-Grade-I stands disposed.

OS and Steno Grade-I advance increment demand is unjustified and cannot be demanded.

The clarification is not available on departments website any where..........?? Is it real or fake like DA order......??
ReplyDeleteWhat about settlement of pay anomaly arising out of such pay fixation against who are drawing less pay since passed prior to 6th pay commission.
