In response to the indifferent attitude of CBDT regarding redressing of charter of demands, JCA intensified their agitaion.
From 15th of this month members will
1.Not to conduct/take part in search & survey operations including TDS survey, recovery survey;
2.Not to conduct/hold/assist to hold meetings/seminars/lectures etc. to educate the public;
3. Not to attend Protocol Duty;
4. Not to attend review meetings with higher-authorities;
5. Not to attend/assist in conducting the Video Conferences of CBDT.
In addition to the above, A Day-long Dharna in front of the Residence of the Chairperson, CBDT at New Delhi will be held on 28.10.2015.
And from 1st November onwards
1. Not to take part in Tax Recovery works;
2. Not to allow any outsider to work in office/ outsourcing of any functions except the caretaking jobs.
It has also been decided to organise another strike action for a longer duration if the demands are not conceded by the Board subsequently.
It is now evident that the leaders are desperately trying for some breakthrough while CBDT is still showing reluctance regarding the demands. Unless some positive result is achieved and agitation is withdrawn on mere assurance, the credibility of leaders will be surely on stake. Let's see who will blink first, CBDT or the leaders.

Come what may CBDT should not accede to the demands. NR PARMAR and Rajeev mohan both decision should be implemented
ReplyDeleteITGOaNS want to become CIT at the cost of promotee officers
due to this thinking you are that position
DeleteITGOaNS ( Dr itis) wanted to implement N R PARMAR thru back door means and wanted to destroy the careers of itef gr. C.and now they themselves are paying for their own sins.
DeleteIt is said by wise men THAT YOU REAP AS YOU SOW.
CBDT should not be afraid of any agitation by itgoa. Agitation or no agitation revenue collection will continue but dpx should be conducted only after implementation of rajeev mohan and catch up rule.
Some people are only for making propaganda. If you think that there is any injustice, you may go to court. They may be agent of IRS for campaigning divide and rule
ReplyDeleteAgents of direct IRS are present in itgoa Chq. They give all information in lieu of lucrative postings.
DeleteItgoa Chq itself is the chief culprit by exploitig the innocent gr.c for achieving their vested interests.
DeleteITEF Should leave JCA with immediate effect.
ReplyDeleteotherwise we the Group C people will lose our jobs.
The decision of the JCA is not being implemented at all. One can still find officers belonging to ITGOA marking tapals calling for reports to ITIs/STAs. If ITGOA is not serious in fighting their own cause, why the hell should ITEF members suffer. The trick of marking such letters from higher authorities to ITEF members is that at a later stage they can easily pass on the blame. ITEF should take a bold stand and persuade ITGOA to stick to their stand in letter and spirit. CBDT understands this weakness of ITGOA members and will definitely exploit it. And finally the scape goats are ITEF members.
ReplyDeleteBlog admin please dont publish rubbish comments. Agitation is for the welfare of JCA only
ReplyDeleteAgitation in reality is for the vested and selfish interest of Dr itis dreaming to retire as promotee CIT and by destroying the careers of promotee officers.
DeleteWho is this great soothsayer ? which promotee officer can become CIT ? Who has spread the path of red carpet to a promottee officer to become CIT ? Are the higherups so magnanimous to welcome you in their fort ? Nobody in the lower level need to worry about that. It will be taken care of by the apt people. So, you please take rest gentleman and refrain from advising CBDT
ReplyDeleteThe path has been laid out by president and sec gen of itgoa by standing on the shoulders of N R PARMAR by projecting the Dr itis as (doctors) and that rest of te promotee officers as bell boys.
DeleteCbdt does not require advise. They require butlers.
Deletewhat do they mean by protocol duty ???????????
ReplyDeleteSweeping the floor and functioning as bar tenders or butlers serving the IRS Lords ( direct ) not promotees.
ReplyDeleteIts better for everyone to stand up in unity and solidarity at this crucial juncture otherwise promotees will have no future...
ReplyDeleteCBDT ZINDABAD. NO NRP ONLY RAJIB MOHAN AND CATCH UP RULE. JCA MURDABAD. JCA HI HI
ReplyDeletepresent leadership of both itgoa and itef are not effective a big zeros
ReplyDeleteNRP affected persons should sit in Mass Dharna in front of JCA leaders house to protest the wrongful implementation of NRP in our Department.
ReplyDeleteVery good suggestion and I am ready. Please fix a date, preferably the same date the JCA leaders sitting in front in Chairperson's house.
ReplyDelete
ReplyDeleteBlack flag should also be shown to the JCA leaders whenever they visits our offices to protest against unlawful NRP demand by the JCA.
Now rule of law will prevail, some people who got promotion early by unfair means like buttering, lobbying etc are crying injustice. Nobody will listen you because you can not defy supreme court neither your god father who helped you in promotion by illegal means
DeleteBut what about unadvertised dr itis recruits of 08 09 who got illegal seniority of 06 07 by polishing shoes of ...........?
ReplyDeleteIf TAs recruited more than the number advertised(TA recruitment 2006 by ssc) ....... that is right ...but when it come about ITIs it is turned into illegal.....
ReplyDeleteAll the persons should understand that NRP judgement will surely be implemented...... it may take some time but no one can stop its implementation...........
Tas are not begging to fix seniority they r happy with their present job.
ReplyDeletequestion is not about demand for fixing of seniority.......it is about whether more candidate selected than the number advertised in a particular exam is illegal or not..... if you have dare, go to the supreme court and do challenge its judgement on NRP...since a lot of argument is being posted in this blog by lots of learned persons......If you cant do so.....lets the law of land be implemented.....
ReplyDeleteCBDT has not accepted the date of notification only for fixing seniority of Direct Inspector. CBDT has taken the date of notification or date of vacancy arose whichever is later. It is very logical and no court will find it bad in law.
