As expected and feared, the steno leaders cheated the ministerial cadres again and again. They proved the majority strength is nothing and trivial. good luck !!!! bluffed fellows....
whether exam will be postponed for the DPC
This is a excellent step taken by Board. This will help Pr. CCITs to hold DPC in time. NER was waiting for the NEW RR for ITI while ITO DPC is underway on existing RR. This is nothing but self-contradiction. Now this instruction will pave the way for holding DPC of all cadres.
Alas! The high handed attitude of mandarins of CBDT is still contnuing even after change of the goverment and it slogan:- Achhe din aane wale hain.
It would have been better if the clearcut guideleines would have been issued by CBDT instructing to all the Pr CCIT/CCIT (CCA)to give the effect of NR Parmar decision to all the post in Income tax where Dr and Pr quota are involved.
Its not within 05/06/14, its on 05/06/14 otherwise how it will become uniform date...anyway good
Cabinet approved cadre restructure with Executive Assistant posts. How can Board give additional OS, Steno, Sr TA posts? These are not approved by Board. If anybody goes to judiciary on this point, DPC with existing rules will be quashed.
We the employees Income tax department of West Bengal region humbly approach Honorable new Finance Minister to look into the matter regarding gross injustice made to the employees of West Bengal Region. 20,751 new posts have been created through cadre review of the Income Tax Department for 18 CCA region but unfortunately no new posts have allotted to the West Bengal region only (only one region out of 18 CCA region)contrary 1633 posts have been withdrawn. As a result all group C employees ie upto the post Inspector would severely be affected for promotion to the next higher grade. Kindly bring the notice to the New PM and FM.
it is a very gud news for the employees who r to be promoted as inspector and also for those who wil not be promoted as iti. they would be considered for the vacancy year 2014-15. the human resource development has taken a very bold and appreciable decision for the better future of employees and i hope each and every person who will be promoted or not, give their best effort to achieve the target set by the CBDT. its time to show what wil we do in favour of our country. good days come. respected Board Chairman & Members kindly issue the directions for regularisation of the poor daily wages workers who have been appointed before December-2008, because they are already give their golden time to the department
it is in the news that...the ITGOA, WB secy. became the all india secy. by the vote of the states, who get the higher no. of posts in CR... ... n0w the turn of ITEF, WB secy.. ..the same method... same reason .... every one know the fate of WB --- A BIG 0 .
both the secy. sacrifices the interest of WB staffs for their own political ambition... a certain group of staff supports them in this evil act for their 'open-secret' interest.
all the WB employees are requested to withdraw their union membership at earliest.... pl. make them less than 1/3 of total strength...the only way to get rid of them!!!!
It is good that till 2013-14 sg quota and passing applicable. 14-15 Dpc are stoped , all consequiental DPc will be for 2014-15 till that time 33.33% direct quota will also join,so shortage of staff will be covered.

This CBDT Order is very much bad in law as it will not consider the seniors who passed the departmental exam 2013. instead of this cbdt shoud have ordered to include all those who passes the exam 2013. despite being qualified before dpc, these fellows will not be considered. what a law!
These employees r not a student . why passing criteria is taken for 1st January. only minimum service shoud be taken into account.
Being steno gr ii have passed iti exams in dec 2013. Now what abt iti promotion? Whether i will be considered in dpc for r.y.13-14 or 14-15? Or i will be promoted as EA ad per new RR.
Passing criteria should not be taken those who have completed three years service should be eligible for promotion..demand demand ...
But i have heard from the leaders that the cut off date is fixed for the concern vacancy year. i.e. for 2013-14 on 01/01/2013 one has cleared the examinations. Pls guide me if you can.
In gujarat, vigilance are called for the promotion to the post of ITI for vacancy year 2013-14. Whether, DPC for vacancy year 2014-15 will be held as per existing RR or new RR. Can anybody help what will happen?
Also i have not completed 3 years of service. than what?

Promtion from Sr T. A. TO O. S. WILL BE DONE. SO FRIENDS, WHO DID NOT GET PROMOTED AS ITI, HAVE HAS BABA JI KA .... WITH PROBABLY ONE INCREMENT.

Employees who completed more than 25 yr service but left pwithout the promotions of AO in the name of old RR particularly in NWR. Everybody in the Deptt awaiting promotion but CBDT and ITEF backtrack from own promise. Most of the OS are on the verge of retirement. Com. K. P. Rajgopal promises at rohtak before 31st may RR will notified and all will get promotions but god knows when 31st may will com.
