The blog is being flooded with queries from our viewers regarding any progress of ITO to ACIT promotion. JCA, who was making all out (!) agitation on this issue a few months back has become totally silent on this issue. Last communication to the members were made by ITGOA way back on 2nd February. No update regarding meeting scheduled with Chairman, CBDT is provided till date. Naturally members, particularly the 2014-15 DPC aspirants are totally frustrated. A few of them has already retired and some more to follow. As there is no alternative to choose from, they are compelled to be with the present leadership.
As information gathered from different sources, ITGOA is more interested for DPC for the year 2015-16 than 2014-15 for the reason known best to them.
As per sources, UPSC again asked certain clarification regarding 2014-15 batch which has been provided by CBDT a couple of days back. It is expected that date of DPC ,may be fixed within the first week of March 2016 for 2014-15. If there is any more obstacle found to get UPSC nod, CBDT may proceed for Ad Hoc promotion.

ITGOA office bearers are interested only in their promotion. they are not interested in general benefit. They want their personal benefit at the cost of others. There are two Supreme Court judgements at present- First- NR Parmar and Second- Rajeev Mohan. They left no stone untouched for implementation of NR Parmar. But what they have done in the case of inter charge transferee to implement Rajeev Mohan. Whether the transferees are not their member. In every region the Administration making their own method for fixing the seniority of the transferee at the bottom of the Recruitment year without any base. Whether the ITGOA came forward in any Region to oppose this illegal Act of the Administration to save their members. Unfortunately the answer is "NO".
Now one question to ITGOA CHQ- Whether they think that without implementation of Rajeev Mohan DPC for ACIT can be held without hurdle? Why they are silent on the inter charge transferee Members to get the way clear?
It is a fact today that without Rajeev Mohan there will be no DPC for ACIT. Then why CHQ not interested in solving the problem to get ACIT promotion for its members. Why they are not talking NR Parmar read with Rajeev Mohan. The ITGOA is spoiling our carrear. All we are frustrated with the action of this office bearers. Now time has come to re-think about the existance of ITGOA. Whether the Association is acting for benefit for all members or for their personal benefit of office bearers all over India? THE MEMBER SHOULD THINK OVER IT. IN SO MANY REGION IT HAS BEEN CLEARLY DEVIDED IN MANY PARTS BUT STILL THE OFFICE BEARERS ARE DEAF AND DUMB TOWARDS THE BENEFIT OF COMMON MEMBERS.
Is promotion possible by the end of this year
Jca is interested in 2015-16 dpc because their leaders name are there in 2015-16. There is a limit to everything. Bhaskar is lucky that members are keeping patience or else he would have been dethroned long back.At least jca will have to face the curse of retiring members.

No consequential promotion for adhoc promotions. Consequential promotion only when adhoc promotion is regularized.
ITEF should not agree for adhoc promotions of ITO to ACIT because of no use in adhoc promotions to their members. Because of the evil designs of the ITGOA leadership, the ACIT promotion is escalating for a long. All the blue eyed boys of ITGOA are in 2015-16 panel only and they are not interested in 2014-15 panel. Few states are not implemented NRP because of reversion in the cadre of ITO. Only few law abiding states implemented the NRP based on CBDT's instructions. ITGOA leadership wants all the 3 panel years at one go to enable all the warring faction can get the ACIT promotions without any hitch. Because of this unholy stand of the ITGOA,innocent Officers and staff are retiring every month without any promotion. The members are daily cursing the leadership. Act fast and see that the ACIT promotions came before March 2016 and consequential promotion in all cadres.

the notification recruitment rules of IRS notified on 24/04/2015 but they holding the post of cadre restructuring before the notification why ? But the recruitment rules notification has not notified till date why?

I don't think it is possible to conduct DPCs for ITO to ACIT in the next two recruitment years. We may witness numerous obstacles in future.
Its a big shame on CHQ leadership who are selfish and ineffective doing morning for their members who retire one after another without getting their overdue promotion as acit. All have list hope in their leadership.
What jca sowed is now they are reaping by way of various litigations on account of NRP. We must boycott the future agitation calls of itef and itgoa because during the course of agitation they will withdraw in the middle without achieving anything.
