Deficient APARs of ITOs : View the updated list

CBDT communicated all Pr CCITs regarding updated list of deficient APARs of ITOs under consideration zone for promotion for the vacany year 2016-17 and urged to remove deficiencies at the earliest.
Still 74 deficiencies to be removed as par the communication.

A list of deficiency APAR of 124 ITO's dated 21.10.2016 was sent to all PR.CCITs mentioned URGENT and REMINDER. Now it is 74. Only 50 cases removed. ITGOA GS still in the deficiency list.God knows when all will be cleared and vacancy will be created for the Gr c.

ITGOA should be serious with this issue,not only ITO but entire Group C employees feature is in del am a.

In bengaluru ccit charge clause 2.4.4 has of om 1986 has not been implemented. If we write to ccit no response is given. To get implemented we have to approach CAT, Who give directions to dispose off our applications. The same is again disposed off by rejection that too after six or eight months. Again we have to approach CAT. this goes on endlessly and justice is nowhere to be seen. It is highly prohibitive cost wise also. Will somebody please put some sense into people heading the federation that two wrongs do not correct one mistake.

All these things about adhoc promotion s are bogus. Do not believe them. As of today UPSC does not have a regular chairman. Only a revolution should happen.....
