CBDT communicated all Pr CCITs regarding updated list of deficient APARs of ITOs under consideration zone for promotion for the vacany year 2016-17 and urged to remove deficiencies at the earliest.
Still 59 deficiencies to be removed as par the communication. And surprisingly, Secy. Genl. of ITGOA is one of them. Is ITGOA not serious enough to pursue the authority to remove the deficiencies at the earliest ?

Can anyone comment on New RR for the post of EA. It is quite a long time the Board is dilly-dallying on the subject. It is now heard that the DOPT has raised objection. Can anyone post a copy of the objection raised by the DOPT.

While dopt insisting on 10year period, the board is requesting for 5 year period (due to pressure of itef)..in the meantime new proposal of earmarking certain percentage of posts for limited departmental competitive exam has come up. .lets see what will happen. .
Kuchh bhi ho lucknow charge me dpc impossible hai.litigation hi hai yahan per only. Itne politicians hai yahan ki kya kaha jai. Is charge ka. Kuchh nhi ho sakta. Sabhi reluctant hai promotion ko lekr.kisi ka kya nuksan nuksan to oonka jo consideration zone me hain.

How long will it take to complete the APAR issue. Is anybody taking the issue seriously. Aspirants of to be promoted candidate are waiting eagerly. A serious effort is required.
There should be exam for promotion from ITO to promotee ACIT conducted by UPSC and such officials should only get promotion as promotee acit. The papers should be descriptive and passing should be 60 percent
Is there any solution for newly promoted itos not to conduct exam after training

Where are the recruitment rules it is high time people take this matter to the top most level like the PMO Office for speedy resolution. Everyone is just interested in passing away the time whether it is Board, Union, leaders, days pass and nothing happen. Finally bad name for the department.
After cadre restructuring it is almost 2 years, new RRs are in a limbo. Can someone explain. Does new RRs take so much time.

One year has been elapsed when the board has directed to conduct dpc but it went in vain.. Now when the precious time has been wiped out by the concerned then it would be imperative and quite desirable to wait for the new rr . Dpc should now be conducted after new rr. Lucknoe charge me to ye bhut jruri hai for favouring majority of aspirants

the present status of rr should be made clear. is there any chance to get it approved by the dopt? no blog on notification of rr and dpc is found to be there anywhere
The file for Adhoc DPC for ITO to ACIT promotion for the recruitment year 2016-17 has been cleared by Revenue Secretary and the same has been sent to FM for his approval.
