All Pr CCITs have to publish it in the noticeboard for all concerned. Any objection may be forwarded to respective Pr CCIT for suitable action.

This is a somewhat defective lis. Some DRs who were in college in that vacancy year have been included in the list.
Now more complicated issues and further delay.
Looks like lawyers are going to capitalise hy filing petitions in CAT on behalf of aggrieved.
