JCA revived it's routine agitation once again. JCA calls for non participation of search and survey (including TDS, Inspection and Recovery) operations to protest against apathy of CBDT, on 5 point charter of demand.

Everyone know, there are no surveys to be done in December due to time barring pressure. Has the leaders enough courage and will power to continue it till 31st March, 2018 since we all know that demands are not to be fulfilled and they will take back on further mere assurance around mid of January. Than what is the purpose of such agitation

why only search & Surveys, what about submission of statistical information ?. This is half heartedly.
Yes sir. There will be no surveys conducted in December bcos of time barring work. Our jokers will withdraw the sham agitation by 31.12.2018 in view of assurance given by the board. See this is again going to happen this time also.
