It is surprising that there is no promotion up to the grade of Income tax Officers in the Pr. CCIT WB and Sikkim region for past more than one and half years. All leaders of unions are silent, employees are be deprived to great extent. Blog owner is requested to bring this static condition of WB region to the notice of all concerned.
