Very happy, if our ITEF brothern open their eyes atleast now..they walked hand in hand with ITGOA as JCA..where issues of Gr.C are almost nil..the ITEF even forced us to go for two day strike w/o any specific cause..now, at the eve of all important cadre restructure, the ITGOA and ITEF are at loggerheads..ITGOA demanding filling up of all additional posts with PR only whereas ITEF remains mum on the issue..it will take 20 years to Sr.TAs to become ITI in some states if all additional posts of ITI are not filled with PRs..but it seems ITEF doesnot take care on this very important issue..hope this will fall into the deaf ears of ITEF..

who takes care for Senior TA? Though you people consists of more than 50% of Group C.. You should be an Inspector or Steno to get things done in ITEF..
