In the cadre of ex asst. i. e. mearged cadre, which cadre will be mearged & what grade pay will be given them?.....
As per information available, Sr T.A. , O.S. and Steno I & II will be merged into a single cadre of Executive Assistant with a grade pay of Rs 4200.
But steno cadre is a tech. cadre, will it be mearged with clerical cadre
Inp. ki 3803 me se kitni direct recruitment se hogi...
How many posts will be fulfilled by direct recruitment in the cadre of inspector..
When will it open before the IT Employee? If steno cadre will be mearged then all the stenos of I T Deptts. wll be abolished... Will it effect on 25% resrevation on Insp. posts? please reply......
will CBDT notify recruitment rules for ITI cadre atleast now? Or still works under pressure by powerful steno lobby and also apathy by defunct itef...the working ratio of ministerial staff and stenos are 6:1 now a days but, CBDT generously giving them promotion in 3:1 ratio..what a joke..
If 2001 model is adopted, all the newly created posts will be filled up by way of promotion from feeder cadres whereas the consequential vacancies will be divided as per DR:PR ratio..this will help to address the stagnation in promotion to the ITI cadre..
Nobody imagined that IRS, which had only one apex level post till 2008, will get 27 apex level posts..they got the restructure postponed for themselves and with sustained lobbying and concreted efforts they got it now..on the other hand our itef brothern still have no clarity as to whether ask for conversion of DR posts to PR and also cadre composition or release of recruitment rules..the whole purpose of restructure will be defeated if DR/PR conversion is not done..and it seems itef has no guts to push the Board to the corner over its genuine demands..very sad state of affairs..
the much awaited cadre restructuring had at last come. Will it benefit the Group-C and Group-B employees. I believe that "not it will not happen". Because please refer to Para 2.ii of F.no.A-11013/1/2013-Ad.VII, dated 31/3/2013, of CBDT, which says that the Cabinet has permitted to fill up the additional vacancies as per Model RR of DOPT. Please see the model RR No. AB.14017/61/2008-Estt. (RR), dated 24/3/2010, issued by the DOPT. Without seeing the consequence by without reading the model RR of the DOPT, you people are fighting each other being Stenographers and Ministerial Staff. This fighting has rightly benefitted the people like you to lost everything, because Notes in the said Model RR clearly states that the merged cadres will not have any right to their in their erstwhile cadre, i.e. Stenographer Gr-I & II, O.S., & STA. I advise you to fight again and again without knowing that the sand under your feet has been washed away.
Vide Para 3.1.10 (Page No.170) of its Report, the Sixth CPC had recommended the merger of Stenographers and Clerical Cadres and re-designating the same as Executive Assistant and the Restructuring has correctly been done in terms of the said recommendations. Now instead of raising the issue of being Stenographers and Ministerial, our main focus must be on getting the restructuring implemented at the earliest. So lets be united and work towards that direction.
I m agree with u sir !
