Is there anyone who who have idea when the CAT, Delhi is going to pronounce its judgement and vacating the stay

If Kanpur can issue promotion orders of ITO, why Bhubaneswar can not issue promotion orders of ITO.

Does this order include Cadre Restructuring posts ?

With each order passed Delhi Inspectors are suffering loss of seniority vis a vis all India ITO seniority due to mindless litigation in Delhi.

Welldone. Pata nahi NWR wale kaab neend se jagegay. NWR DPC me hamesha last rehta hai and that too because of our leader and colleagues. May God give them some heart for the employees.

Shouldn't CBDT take services of good lawyers to request all courts/CATs to remove stay on promotions citing adverse effect on collection of revenue !

In a case between 2001 Promotee ACITs and Direct IRS, judgement by Delhi HC was pronounced almost an year after conclusion of arguments and reserving of judgement.

FOR WHAT RECRUITMENT YEAR, THESE POSTINGS ARE POSTED. WHETHER POSTS ALLOCATED UNDER CR ARE INCLUDED?

Respected DR ITIs, is the newly promoted ITO from states other than Delhi will put ahead of you. What will be you do now, I think you will again and again go into litigation. Litigation me he lage raho Muna Bhai (Direct ITIs.) Mithai to bahar wale kha gae.

A case regarding Group B Status of OS and after promotion becoming of Group C Status i.e. post of Inspector, is going to be filed in court. Shortly case will be filled to get status of Inspector as Group B so that promotion ratio can be 1:1 between Direct and promoted Inspectors.

Poore Hindustan mein promotion wrong grounds mein diya jaa raha hai. It will lead to anarchy....how can a person who did not even appear for an exam be senior to a person who has cleared the exam about 10 years back. Just common sense. Supreme court can never do injustice. Those who are interpreting it are clearly taking wrong stand.
