It is learnt from unconfirmed sources that DPC for promotion to the post of ACIT from ITO has been held in the last week. As per sources, DPC for 182 vacancies has been done and promotion order is expected very soon.

Now please, CBDT issue instructions for promotion for 2014-15 on old RR before we lose our seniority.
Good news after a long time. Now the CBDT should issue clear instructions regarding R.Y 2014-15 vacancies for all Cadres. New RR will take a long time. So there is no point in keeping the vacancies unfilled till then.
Please....... listen to the demand of ITEF and conduct DPC of chain vacencies of 2013-14 as per old recruitment rule............ no need to wait...... all Pr. CCIT should conduct it suo-moto...... thanks.......
Cadre Review has been hanging on since 2009. Now we are in the middle of 2014. How long will they drag it. Till now there is no clarity regarding Consequential vacancies and new RRs. It is time, the CBDT take immediate steps to fill up all vacancies for R.Y 2014-15 with old or new RRs. Where is the need to wait for new RRs for promotions to the cadre of ITO, when ITI is the only feeder cadre and there is no litigation on this matter.
Why must ITEF sleep on the issue of DPC for Vacancy Year 2014-15 as per new/old RR. Not even a single TA to Sr TA promotions have been there. All the promotions are only for ITI and above...Nobody thinks about lower cadres....Shame to you ITEF....DOOB KE MAR JAO....
