"Notice is hereby given for the Central Working Committee Meeting of the ITEF on 13th & 14th August, 2015 at Hotel Royal Regency, Ambedkar Road, Maliwara Chawk, Ghaziabad, UP West (contact No. 0120-4388800) to discuss the following agenda. The meeting will commence at 10.00 AM on 13th August, 2015. All CWC members are requested to attend the meeting positively.
Agenda:
1. Confirmation of minutes of the CWC meeting held at Guwahati on 18th February, 2015.
2. Discussion on departmental and common issues.
3. Discussion on Organisational matters.
4. Discussion on functioning of JCA.
5. Review of financial position of the Federation and creation of Building Maintenance Fund.
6. Reconstitution of Advisory Committee and names of Chairman, Election Commission & Chairman, Disciplinary Committee.
7. Any other matter with permission of the chair."

Again wastage of our money. They will be there and enjoy all sharab n kabab. What the shameful act of leaders. Why this type meeting could not take place in a simple way in the office premises.
Department ka Guest house vacant hai. Meeting Guest house me ho shakti hai. Employees ke paise ko kharch karne me maja atta hai. Any progress after Guwahti meeting?
Star hotel mein peeyenge aur maza karenge aur kuch nahin member's ke liye karenge.
ITEF and ITGOA are frequently arranging their lavish periodical meetings in star hotels and the net result especially for ITGOA is a big ZERO.
Meeting of ITEF is a wastage of time as no demand has been fulfilled by the CBDT. PENDING OF LAPTOP, MOBILE to ITI etc.

ITGOA culture of lavish meeting venues has been adopted now a days by the ITEF.
Saram karo apni ITEF ko gali kr rahe ho.
In light of implementation of NRP, the seniority of ICTs may be monitored by placing at the bottom of the list as per the existing procedure with considering further seniority among ICTs of particular year as per the batch and SSC Ranking irrespective of the day they reported in the new charge. I mean to say ICTs of different batches arriving in the same financial year should be placed in the seniority list as per their batches and SSC ranking .
If three ICTs of the batches , 2006 having SSC ranking 100, 2007 having SSC ranking 98 and 2006 having SSC ranking 99 have arrived on inter – charge transfer in the F.Y. 2015-16 , while preparing the seniority list for the F.Y. 2015-16 in the new charge, due weightage should be given first to 99 ranking of 2006 batch then to the 100 ranking of 2006 batch and after that to 2007 batch having SSC ranking 98.

CBDT has allowed unqualified Stenographers to appear for Ministerial exam subject to qualification in the skill test before publishing of departmental exam results. Simultaneously the SSC Northern region has allowed the department to conduct skill test for selenographers. What a shame on the SSC to allow the department to conduct the skill test for stenographers. Is SSC not able to conduct the skill test to stenographers or SSC allows the department to manipulate the skill test results. After passing the the departmental exams, the so called 'unqualified' stenos will compete for ITI promotions in future for Steno quota and become ITI faster than Sr. TAs. We should not allow the bogus skill test to be conducted by the department in future at any cost.
ICT mein ake jo pehle join kiya uska seniority usi din se count hoga. First come first basis irrespective of batch and rank. This is the only procedure.

Pay refixation of Ex servicemen should be done as the same is being done in BANKS, on the basis of DOPT letters dated 5-11-2010 and rule 7 of CCS rules 1986. Even some charges in the department are fixing PAY and some are not. CCIT CCA chennai has refused for pay fixation. Let ITEF do something for TA and ITI who r Ex servicemen and being denied pay fixation by some offices.
Look like Leone will make a special appearance in the meeting to entertain the itef leaders

The decision of PCCIT, Chennai is in line with basic funda followed in refixation of pay of ex-s personnel employed in GoI. Basic principle is when ever the entire pension is ignored while fixation, the pay is to be fixed at minimum of the re-employed scale. Only exception to this rule is ex- service clerks reemployed in civil side with GoI for same clerical duties (LDC not as UDC, Postal Assistant) are given advanced increments to the extant they served in armed forces minus one year even though full pension is ignored in their refixation.This basic principle is not changed sofar. Drawing parallel line with PSUs is incorrect. Excess fixation in some charges or in various other departments will certainly face axe and recovered. Don't burn your fingers by taking incorrect fixation.

Dear Mr 14 jul 8:46 AM & 9:53 AM, If u r ESM pl tell to whom para 4(d)(i) & (ii) DOPT letter dated nov 2010 is applicable. Pl dnt get confused with PAY SCALES & PAY . These ESM are nt asking for protection but fixation of pay is being req. Banks are giving ref to the same DOPT circular . They are also giverned by GOI. PL leave negativity
SC / ST candidates can allow to write as GENERAL candidates as per DRAFT Dept Examination rules if the candidates wishes. This may be discussed in the meeting.

Dear July 14 , 5:24 PM , I doubt that Babus having incomplete knowledge like u(with due respect) are causing hindrenace in OROP for those soldiers who have given GOLDEN period of their life to safeguard LAND AIR & WATER boundry of this beautiful country. fighting war is not as d iffcult as always remain ready for war. So pl learn to respect ARMY of this country and Fauzi who remains at -40 degree as well as +56 . Had u been any time at -40 where blood freezes, u will know the imporatnce & sacrifice of DEFENCE .
While hurrying to get approval for allowing Stenos to write exam, 2006 TAs fate may be recalled by ITEF.

ITEF is complicating each issue again and again. First it compelled CBDT to issue instruction on NRP for all cadres instead of ITIs. Now compelled CBDT to allow unqualified Stenosis to appear in the departmental exams and got the SSC's nod for conducting skill test by the department itself instead of SSC as only very few candidates passed in the skill test conducted by the SSC.
To my ex-s Doast: Kindly refer answer given by Minister of defence for State on 20.03.2013 for unstarred question No.2512 in Rajyasabha.No fixation benefit .
To my taxman friend: Family members feel secured when someone in the family is strong enough to protect them from miscreants. It doesn't mean that strong man should always indulge in fighting with others to prove his strength. Simillarly , people in country feel secured when their forces are strong enough to protect them not only from external agresion and also from internal armed rebellion. Jawans , sweat more in peace not only to bleed less in war but also to keep the countrymen to live in peace. Chanakya, the architect of the first pan-Indian empire, who is said to have advised Chandragupta Maurya,"The day a soldier has to demand his dues will be sad day for Magadha. From then on you have lost all moral sanctions to be king." I hope babudam wants war, our forces are ready, are u ready to live in blackout days hearing gun sounds and ariel bomb drops and missile attacks resulting huge casualities not only to fauj and also general public which may comprise the babu's kith and kin. Till 1973 faujis were getting 70% last pay drawn as pension and babus were getting around 35%. Faujis fought record 13 days war and created new country Bangladesh. For that babus given gift by reducing faujis pension to 50% and increased their pension to 50%. Only handful of faujis lucky enough to get employment after retirement. Those who got re- employed also proved that they are second to none.Since they don't know the politics played by babudam the credit for their hard labour in work place is looted goes unnoticed. Don't say faujis are greedy.They lived not only in a harsh climatic conditions but also in a conditions where fundamental rights also subjected to restriction. The main aim of fauj is not war, to make thei citizens to live in peace.

Though this particular question related to admissibility of DA, reading between the lines will make it clear the basics followed in the fixation of pay on reemployment of Ex-S.
Yes, the various orders of GoI on the subject is confusing in nature.But these orders not altered basic concept, rather these orders are evasive in nature.
I will put the basic concept in other way "Even a single rupee more than minimum of the reemployed scale(except grant of advance increments) is to be given in pay fixation , the entire pension can not be ignored (in the case of JCOs & NCOs)."
Dusro ke sukh ko dekhkar kyon mirchi lgi mere dost exam m appear ho rhe h promotion bhi mil rha h. Or apke jaise mirchi walon ki vajah se hi to hm abhi TK aise h. We don't want waste of time discuss with u.
Any benefit given to our service men cannot be excessive. Govt. should issue proper orders.

....u have already taken every pensionary benefit.....and getting life time pension...and canteen card..and many more benefit..u came in the department with relaxation in every part..in less marks than sc/St...still u want more

Thanks for ur advice sir....we civilian are nothing for the society...getting less salary..no faculty..no relaxation...working 9 to 6 like hell..more than 1500 km from hometown....
