As per ITGOA circular dated 31/03/2016, Promotion order for DPC held on 31/03/16 is likely to be issued on Monday, 4th April 2016 as it requires FM approval and the FM will be available only on 2nd April.
"It has also been decided that the Ad‐hoc DPC for 200 vacancies against the R.Y. 2015‐16 will be convened by the CBDT in another week’s time, if the deficiencies in APARs can be removed by then."
"As also decided, the approval of DoPT and DoLA has been sought for by the CBDT to reply the query of the UPSC in favour of holding the regular DPC for the R.Y. 2014‐15 immediately. The Revenue Secretary has expressed his kind intention to expedite the process and the CHQ is pursuing the matter in day‐to‐day basis so that the regular DPC is held without any further loss of time. Also, the Central JCA had the opportunity to meet Sri Jayant Sinha, the Minister‐of‐State (Finance), on 31‐03‐2016 and requested him to take up the issue of regular DPC with the UPSC. The Hon’ble MoS (Finance) has agreed to pursue for immediate regular DPC of the R.Y. 2014‐15 to the Chairman, UPSC, as soon as the sanction of DoPT/DoLA is obtained. The proposal for the regular of DPC for the R.Y. 2015‐16 will also be forwarded to the UPSC and the process of preparing the proposal of DPC for the R.Y. 2016‐17 will be initiated as soon as the Ad‐hoc DPC for the R.Y. 2015‐16 is held. "

The main reason behind this situation is the unfortunate judgement passed in the N R PARMAR CASE. The judgement is totally against the principle of natural justice. How can seniority be given to a person who has still not joined the department? It's totally unjustified.

General members of ITGOA are in dark the actual reason for delay in publishing Adhoc ACIT order. Respected leaders should come forward to answer.
Sorry comrades, the adhoc promotion orders have been withheld due to stay granted by PR.CAT.
What a great ITGOA leadership we are having at present? All are holding the posts only for their personal gain and common member's interest will be the last point for them. Our bad time is such type of leaders we have again elected.

Here IRS AND IAS are running government, we all gr B and gr C employees are labour of CBDT. they think that we don't need any benefits, we don't have right to live like IRS AND IAS. PLZ stop working.

Please don't spread rumours. Already we the promotions aspiratants are in complete upset dejection on the delay.
Why on the earth these people are mocking with us? How much time does it take to bring out the orders. It's harldy a matter of seconds. I sincerely feel that enough has been tolerated by us. Now, all of us must tender our resignation from ITGOA and let it die it's own death.
If this ITGOA wouldn't have been there then we would have got our promotion in 2010 itself. But due to selfish leaders even today we are not promoted as ACIT. These selfish organisation is tye reason behind our situation.
We should boycott each and every meeting and gathering called by. Only then we can hope for fair judgement
