It is learnt from sources that DPC for adhoc ACIT promotion for the panel year 2015-16 is likely to be held on 28th or 29th April 2016.
In the earlier promotion order No. 62 dated 07.04.2016 for the panel year 2014-15 wrongly included six names which have retired or expired (in one case). This names have been deleted vide corrigendum order issued on 25th April 2016.

it is not a question of Lethargy alone. if anyone just verified their DOB, this could have been avoided. This is total indifference
Sorry state of affairs is going in our department. There is no procedures, rules, responsibilities, leadership guidance prevails at present in this department. Associations are exists only for the personal benefits of leaders and their chamchas. The department is going directionless thanks to irresponsible and over ambitious officers and staff. God save this department.

The Member(P&V) is retiring on 30/04/2016. She is in no mood to conduct the DPC for 2015-16. Many deficient APARs are yet to be cleared. Is the news just for feel good purpose for ITOs in consideration zone?
All said and done it appears there is none to fix responsibility on anybody for their acts at whims and fancies for which genuine officers/officials have to be in waitlist for promotions which are long overdue. If this tempo continues the danger bells will ring leading to entering of private sector agencies in Government setup for ensuring collection of taxes as per Action Plan Targets. It is a case of inviting unrest in lower ranks leading to destabilization of Dept on the longer run. Wakeup much before we are asked to be answerable to public.
Dont give promotions to who are alive give it to retired persons and dead persons
Mumbai admin is a sychopath. In recent order, an schedule cast ITO was demoted only because admin failed to calculate exact number of vacancies in Vacancy Year 2015-16. In this V.Y., minimum four vacancies were for SC candidate but admin counted only one. What can anyone expect from such a stupid admin

181-6=175. So for 2014-15 another 25 ACIT promotions are due and for 2015-16 another 200 ACIT promotions are due. So another 225 promotions are totally due.

Why in some CCA regions NR Paramar is not being implemented because of which there was delay in promotions being effected to deserving officials both DR & PR. How can the other regions cite that cases on pending before CAT/High Court when already an Apex Body has given a decision regarding setting out of seniority. If at all the issue of NR Paramar is wrong, this should be taken legal recourse in the Apex Fortum only instead of stalling the proceedings altogether. The decision of NRP should be binding in all regions. A time bound schedule and direction by the Apex Court could be saved some time or in the event of issue being thought of time consuming process, a rider from the Apex Court would have ventilated the grievances of number of officials/officers. Now, the end product is to be satisfied with an alternative arrangement of considering the persons in the zone of consideration for adhoc promotions. Atleast hope the adhoc promotions to ACsIT are regularised shortly with the intervention of intellectuals sitting at the helm of affairs atleast to avoid further litigations and waste of man-power and energy in the name of committees etc. Help God

what is the update about DPC from ITO to ACIT ?
Its painful and tragic to read such comments from disgruntled brothers lacking any foresight. It is painful for everyone to get demoted. There are certain friends who are in pipeline but due to stay granted by Hon'ble Mumbai CAt that reversion order has not been passed in their case.

Every person in power finds it very easy to divide and rule in the environment of suspicion between the person being ruled over. Now the administration in Mumbai is playing same trick. The ITEF, ITGOA and ITEF is being used as counter balance. In this scenarion their are certain comrades who want to be winner in every circumstance. The new methodology adopted bty the administration in deciding the early passing candidate is geny brought into context by these persons and that is resulting into reversion.
Apart from it certain person in some short of drivers seat has misused their privileges and themselves promoted inspite of lacking requisite qualification.

The main sufferers are Panel year 2014-15 batch who passed in 2013 exam. Because inspite of they due for promotion, neither they considered while giving promotion in restructuring nor considered against the chain vacancies of RY 2014-15.
No room is to be given to bogus caste certificates holders of the candidates in this promotion.
Fix responsibility for this lapse and review DPC should be held immediately without any further delay and without waiting for any reference by ITGOA

Most shameful people are those who just want to achieve with the help of crutch of reservation. That's why even after 69 years from independence picture of India is pitiable.
In tamilnadu eligibility list for promotions never been circulated and federation people never question this.
Adminji pl update about DPC of ITO to AC, it is now almost 24 hrs lapsed
Our PM Shri Modi emphasize on transparency and accountability in governance. Just opposite to that Mumbai admin convene DPC for 2015-16 without publishing eligibility list. Ironically reversion order was passed for one ITO from 2007-08 and Many ITOs from 2008-09 who are not in list of ITOs but no reversion order was issued for them. These act can not be justified by any means. ITEF, ITGOA should talk to CBDT regarding transperancy and accountability in administrative decisions. Now aggrieved employees have no option othar than to appeal in CAT. these decisions waste time and money of employees and decision maker get good postings due to admin influence.
Where is Dupak and Bekar? No news about these selfish fellows for the past several months? They are responsible for the present fiasco on acit promotions.

when there are no clear vacancies or promotion has wrongly been done. then there is no harm if some body is reverted. do not play jatiwad card in such legal actions. if the reverted person would have been from general category no body would raise or question the reversion.
promotions wrongly done have be rectified. whether its for reserved category or for general category.
Another week gone without any fruitful output in Tamilnadu. No clarification received tilldate on the issue of RAUV ST chain vacancy issue from the board and it will never come. We are disappointed. Jca should do something in this regard at the earliest.
