i think this cadre restructuring is meant only for delhi.
It is the design of the IRS officers to keep the new posts only at Delhi, Mumbai and in Bangalore. Majority of the regions faced cut in ACIT posts. Very bad move by the CBDT.
I don't think that much posts are allocated for Bangalore.
favourable allocation for IRS w.r.t. Delhi.....
In Delhi almost half of the posts are in Directorates & CBDT. Envying them is unjustified.
Headquarters of all the directorates and CBDT are in Delhi. A large number of AC/DCs are posted there.
159 new AC-DC posts =159 more cubicles? Or will 2-3 AC-DCs have to share the same cubicle? :P
Of course, all directorates are in Delhi. Question is whether those additional posts to be filled in by promotion from Delhi zone or from Mars or Moon ? It is 100% correct that restructuring is by Delhi and for Delhi.
Shame to West Bengal leaders.
IT IS ONLY JUSTICE FOR DELHI WHICH THE DELHI FACING SINCE 2001 PREVIOUS RESTRUCTURING.
IT IS BECAUSE ONLY THAT THE DELHI REGION STAFF HAS BEEN WORKING IN THE DIRECTORATE WITHOUT ANY PROMOTIONAL BENEFIT.
Where are additional CR 1350 posts of ACIT / DCIT. Post allocation shows 200 additional posts only. What is the scheme for remaining sanctioned posts. What is the basis of 200 figure.
duclisaThe newly created 1350 ACIT posts will be filled at 270 posts per year consisting of 135 each with DR and PR as per original cadre restructure proposals. But this has not been done at the time of allocation. God only knows what happened to that proposal.
Directorate posts can be filled in by the staff who are willing to go on deputation among the staff from other regions. Delhi should not be given such a huge number of posts depriving other regions. In Delhi almost all the qualified officials will be promoted by this allocation.
What happened to the reserve 700 posts of AC/DC ?
please let me know the process of selection in the post of Income Tax Officer. As per the details available in the income tax site that the present restructure has been approved by the cabinet committee as on 23.05.2013 and the vacancies pertains to 2013-14 then it may please be inform that how it is possible when cut off date for the recruitment qualification as on 01.01.2013 and the vacancies has been created in May 2013, then the recruitment year must be changed whether it should be 2014 nor the cut off date should be fixed as on 31.12.2013, Accordingly, the passing candidates for the current year i.e. 2013 may be considered.
